Welcome to Hamilton House! Fall in love with this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sits in an idyllic Miami location. It sits just minutes away downtown Coconut Grove where you will find great shopping and exquisite dinning experiences ranging from Italian to Indian to locally sourced gourmet burgers. In this centric neighborhood you’re a short drive away from parks, marinas, botanical gardens and museums.

No expense has been spared with the furnishings, where the Hamptons meets Miami. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The Master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

The yard and pool area area are surrounded by majestic oak trees, exotic plants, and lush landscaping.

*Note there is a $300/week pool heat fee.

Beautiful property in a great location

Close to the University of Miami and situated in a upscale quiet neighborhood This house was very well presented and updated throughout. The back yard and pool is a secluded oasis. I’ll definitely book this again!!

Great location. Beautiful simple home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home, well decorated. We were very comfortable at this house. Pool and back yard are perfect! Pictures show exactly what you get!

Wonderful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful home but wrong location listed

This home was immaculate. Beautifully decorated, new, clean and had all the comforts needed. An incredible attention to detail. For someone who is A type, I was thrilled with the kitchen dishes, pans and an amazing blender which is typically a disappointment in rentals. The company who manages the rental was also very responsive. They struggled with the heat in the pool for the whole week but they tried hard and communicated well. However the oddest thing is that the map location on VRBO is very inaccurate. Seems like an easy thing to fix so I’m not sure why they have the wrong location. The house was about 10 min away from where I hoped to be. After booking the home, the management team gives you the address and tells you it’s not exactly where you expected but it was quite far from the waterfront area I hoped to be (and far from our friends home we were visiting). Maybe they have fixed this but it’s an odd error for a home that is so meticulous. Also the owners car takes up much of the driveway which was a bit of a hassle. There is no garage access to park in and if you don’t want to park on the street (which is quiet) you have to angle into the driveway. It rained a lot when we were there so this was a little frustrating. But overall this home owner has done an amazing job with all the modern comforts and supplies needed for a week stay.
