Beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bath beach front home located in section 3 of Las Conchas. This single level home offers incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Kitchen, Living & Dining rooms completely remodeled with expanded patio! All new major appliances! Stunning granite countertops & new furniture throughout! Brand new travertine floors! Master bedroom offers king size bed, private bath & access to the patio. Second bedroom has a king size bed & private bath. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed & 1 swedish bunk w/ a lower full bed & upper twin.
The 4th bedroom & 4th bath is in the Casita which can sleep 4. The bedroom has a queen size bed & there is a sofa sleeper in the living room which also offers views of the ocean! Includes kitchenette.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous beachside home. So convenient to have direct access to the beach, plus amazing beach views from the property. We love coming to Los Conchas and hope to rent this place again!

Vacation on the beach

Outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand, quiet beach, comfortable beds, big kitchen, outdoor seating, stunning views, close to Rocky Point favorites like Churros Penasco, Thrifty's Ice Cream, and Lucas Pollo...this is why we come back to Casa Neblina each stay. It's a favorite visit and simple check in/out process. Glad to have this as our family's favorite Mexico house.

Awesome location, clean & comfortable home.

House is located right on the beach in Las Conchas. The three bedrooms in the house were big with comfortable beds. The Casita provided extra space and privacy. Would definitely recommend this home for a large gatherings of friends and family. Plenty of room and a big and beautiful deck overlooking the ocean.

Plenty of space

The house and kitchen was clean with ample space. The patio was large and had enough shade. The beach was the best part of the rental. It was not rocky at all. The steps to the beach needs some repair to make it safer but it’s manageable. The lounge chairs need replacing. The WiFi and AC worked great. The owners were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Casa Nublina

Nice open home, the Casita provides privacy and quietness for adults can use a TV but it's good. The AC was not working on parts of the house, and the refrigerator worked off and on. Overall the house is good size and good distance from the town. Good house.

Beautiful Ocean Views & Great Floor Plan

This was a very nice place and has a great floor plan with rooms a nice distance from one another. The ocean access is great, and the back patio is gigantic. We did have some issues with the refrigerator staying cold, but luckily there was another refrigerator in the guest house, so we were able to put things out there. All in all, we liked it very much.

Family vacation

The location was perfect. Step off the patio and you’re right on the beach. The property could use some maintenance but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing

I went with a couple of friends and we all enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and the beach was relaxing. Not many people around us only neighbors who actually live by the area. We will definitely go back!

60th Anniversary for my parents

The house, casita and property was amazing. This trip was planned for celebrating my parents 60th anniversary. We received the keys by mail plenty early before leaving for the trip. Communication with property manager was very good and a map was provided giving directions to the property. Once at the property, we found the house very perfectly tidy and clean. The entire week was amazing with no issues. The ocean view and weather was awesome. Extremely relaxing and I would highly recommend referring or renting again. Thx for the memories.

Wonderful weekend getaway

This house was absolutely perfect for my family definitely enough space for my six adult children, and my four grandchildren and I everyone had a bed to sleep on plenty of space large area to eat together the patio was amazing. We had no issues whatsoever with anything. The only suggestion would be, maybe a hammock on the patio and some wider steps going down to the beach but other than that this place was absolutely perfect

Wonderful location for multi-age group

The house was beautiful and well maintained. It was stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking for a large group. The ocean view was amazing and we loved seeing the drastic change in the tide. Twice a day the ocean almost lapped the patio and twice a day it was 100 yards out leaving amazing tide pools to explore.

Great View and Beach Access

The place had a wonderful outdoor patio with access to the beach and water front directly. The views were amazing. We loved watching the tide and playing in the water.

A slice of beach heaven

Early August is the perfect time to visit PTO Penasco. Nobody on the beach for miles and the water was perfect. Fresh tortillas and burritos delivered to your door daily. Hats off to the Utters for making this trip so easy. The house was spacious with plenty of rooms for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you need. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be returning again soon. Love PTO Penasco!

Mexico 40th bday getaway

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Neblina!!! The house was so spacious and beautiful. We loved having direct access to the beach right down the steps from the patio. We will be back! I can’t imagine a better place to have spent my 40th birthday!!!!
