Paradise Island - Sunrise Beach Villa - Lowest Rates!

One minute walk to the beach from your doorsteps, this two-storey one bedroom villa can sleep four (4) persons, but it is better suited for a couple. It faces the pool and is nestled at the end of the complex which provides for utmost privacy.
The first floor is equipped with a full kitchen, powder room (1/2 bath) and living room with a queen size pull out sofa which can sleep two persons. The kitchen has beautiful white wooden cabinets with granite counter tops and the floors are covered with Carrara marble. The both bathrooms are finished with marble and granite. The enclosed patio is ideal for outdoor entertaining, grilling or simple relaxation and has its own workstation with sink and marble counter top.
The villa has its own FREE WIFI/wireless and cable TV.
This villa has its own private access to the beach and the property borders the exclusive, world famous One and Only Club and is minutes away from Atlantis. On the spectacular beach, you can experience the eponymous sunrise every morning.
The adult waterfall pool with adjoining children’s pool is steps away from your patio.
This villa affords you the convenience of full self-catering or you have the onsite option of Violas Restaurant and Bar which is open every day from 7:00 am to 12:00 am. and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and a full bar. Please feel free to partake in Friday evening Karaoke at the bar and enjoy a great evening in a fun, safe environment. Free Parking is available for one vehicle on the compound.
You can stroll to the nearby Atlantis Casino and Resort where, for a fee, you have access to the gym and golf at the Ocean Club. You also have the option to dine at one of the multitude of restaurants and enjoy tropical cocktails at several bars with live music. For deeper relaxation and meditation, the Yoga retreat is a short boat ride away. For the more intrepid guests, there is swimming with the sharks.
Finally, not forgetting the nature lovers, just a few steps away at the nearby wildlife reserve, you can enjoy native flora and fauna as well as feed the ducks, turtles, fish and birds.
Room rate per night includes all taxes and is one of the lowest rate available for any property with a private beach access on Paradise Island.

The pictures are much better than the actual property. Things are somewhat run down. Communication with the host was terrible. Texted about a replacement lightbulb on our first day, and never got any response at all. Cable didn’t work all week, shower pressure was non-existent. Never even met the host - she let her maid handle keys. We were told we could have an early check-in, and then that was changed the night before our stay. The saving grace is that the private beach is absolutely spectacular.

Cozy, clean, quiet, a few steps to the pool, under 200 steps to the beautiful white sandy beach, bar/restaurant on premises, friendly staff and the Host Nalini answered all questions in a timely fashion. Atlantis Casino & Resort was walking distance away & the ferry to Blue Lagoon beach was a very short taxi ride away.

Great getaway!

We loved the quietness and private pools and beach. Its much more relaxing than staying in a busy resort. The condo was exactly what we expected from the description.

Relaxing Vacation

The Villa was perfect! Great pools and location. Everything we needed from the very comfortable king sized bed to the private patio near the pool with a short private walkway to the beach… we totally enjoyed our stay.

Location is Excellent

Property is as described, location is excellent. Much better option than staying at a hotel. Very clean and had all of the supplies needed for cooking meals and a blender for slushy drinks.

We loved the location- the beach was right behind the property and we could walk there any time. It has a small porch area overlooking the pool. We enjoyed our breakfast outside. The restaurant on site offered delicious food. We could walk to Atlantis and the shops but the resort was quiet and we loved that.

Amazingly quiet, we completely enjoyed our stay.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. Loved everything about it. If your looking for something busy it's a short walk. But we were more than happy to enjoy the quiet.

Loved the private courtyard just off the pool area for morning coffee. Viola's restaurant on site. Easy beach access and it's beautiful. Many thoughtful amenities provided.

Family vacay

Host was very quick in response to questions. On the website stated that complex has gym but there was no gym for guests to use. Condo has everything needed. We enjoyed our stay

Great Beach front location

Our 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with full kitchen was everything we needed. The unit was literally 10 steps from the pool and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant and bar on site was convenient and the location of the property was within walking distiance to all the Paridise Island attractions. An 1 hour walk or 10 minute cab ride got you to downtown Nassau. We would definitely stay here again.
