Clean, quiet and spacious

We enjoyed this older but very clean, spacious and comfortable house. It had everything we needed. The owners are extremely nice and responsive. The quiet neighborhood was lovely. The 4 bikes and clean pool are an added bonus for active families.

Lely Villa

We had a lovely visit in Naples while staying at this very nice home. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom large and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything one needs for a holiday. The pool, while small, was delightful and perfect for all of us.

Fabulous Falcon's Glen

The property is in a convenient location at Lely Resort, close to grocery stores, shopping, and beaches. The hosts were wonderful to work with and were available to help with all of our requests. The home has many amenities which makes it a perfect location for an extended vacation or get away!

Comfortable Lely Resort Home

The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and quiet. The property owners were helpful and responsive. A flight cancellation posed a possible extended stay and the owners were kind and flexible. Lely Reaort is beautiful. Photos are accurate. Property was just as described. Thank you!

Just what we needed

We had a pleasant stay in this older, but nice Florida home; particularly enjoyed the pool and a chance to relax. Owners were wonderful and very responsive.

Will not rent there again.

The owner had cameras in front of house and to the garage. We didn't appreciate the owners knowing when we came and went. There was only 1 set of sheets for each bed. I had to call owner to have them send us more. The kitchen sink faucet was loose you had to hold it when you turned it on. The POOL was disgusting. It needed to be recemented. The cement was chipping. We did not use the pool. The one burner on the stove was broke. We had to leave 2 weeks early because of the VIRUS. I had asked the owners if they could refund a week or 2. VRBO had sent them a letter but they refused. Alot of my friends who rented in Florida received money back because of this. Both outside trash cans were full to the top . I guess the previous people did not put the trash out. All I know is I won't rent there again. There are alot of other places down there.

The place was better than expected. Great location. Clean and quiet . Owner was available 24/7 for any concerns Highly recommend it Made our whole trip much better

disappointed

nice property, but we were disappointed about the 25$/ day to heat the pool.. we missed this on the agreement.. should have read it more carefully. pool too cold to use.

As William writes , we did not hide any information or surprised with new charges,all is clear in all documents posted, but got rated with two starts? with out room for negotiation. Due to the pool temperature bad review we have modified our pool management, the house is equipped with a jetted bath tub that can be set to higher temperatures than the pool. We have found that everybody is different on what a warm swimming pool is so we talked to other renters and now will go by temperature rate. We tried to negotiate the two star review but were unable with the guests and it is unfortunate because all other renters have given excellent reviews and we and the people that work with us try hard to provide an excellent experience

Beautiful home and great location.

This is a beautiful home with beautiful furnishings. This is a home I would consider as comfortable and clean as my own. The location is quiet. The layout of the home suited us perfectly. The owners were great to work with. We would definitely rent this home again.

House is lovely and well maintained!

The house is lovely and well maintained with everything you need! The area is nice if you want to go for a walk or bike ride. It's a short drive to the beach and shopping in downtown Naples. Raul and Maria answered any questions promptly during our stay. I would definitely recommend this for a couple or family looking for a get away.

Wonderful time at Lely

Had a terrific time in this well appointed home. Bikes were in great shape and was nice to cruise around the area. Beach chairs and cart really made beach time more comfortable. Owners were very responsive and helpful with questions. And most importantly, Beds were very comfortable. Loved the location which affords easy access to Marco Island beaches and downtown Naples restaurants/shopping. This place is well maintained. Neighborhood is pretty quiet given its convenient location near the clubhouse. We will return in the future if available.

Well equipped villa

the villa is very well positioned in,the Lely Resort. it is very well equipped, with a good standard of cleanliness. Bed linen is white, and there are ample good quality towels. the barbecue and pool are well maintained. The property would benefit from some modernisation, but this did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa, and we would certainly return in future years. THe owners were helpful on,the whole, but slightly slow to respond to queries at times.

Sylvia, Thank you for your review, and hope you had a great time in our house, we are upgrading our house this week by installing a remote controlled temperature control for the pool heater so the guests can change the temperature and not depended on the pool person to change the settings among other things , If you can be more specific on what needs up date for sure we will look into this . hope to see you back soon

Excellent property

This is an excellent property. Well furnished with everything needed in kitchen, utility room, patio and throughout. Owner very accommodating. Well located in proximity to golf, grocery store and amenities.
