Very comfy

Good location for exploring locations outside of Lancaster. Plus a short walk to many very good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Clean and tidy apartment. The parking lot is small for a Volvo XC60. Neighbours smoking, don't open the balcony doors if you do not like the smell of cigarette smoke.

Clean, quiet snd well-situated

The apartment was clean and quiet. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans and utensils that fit all our cooking needs. The apartment was well situated for short day-trips in many directions--the Lake District, and many historic Quaker sites and meeting houses north and west and east, as well as Lancaster Castle.

Lancaster visit

Generally it was a very good experience. The loose floor tiles and the non-functioning heated towel rail in the bathroom were concerning. However, these were minor annoyances.

Peace & Quiet

Pleasantly surprised, the property was exactly as advertised no hiccups with checkin or check out. The property is well located, it is a cool 6/7 minite walk to the Millennium bridge, a 14 minute walk to Lancaster Castle (HMP), 35 minute drive to Morecambe Bay or even if you want to spend the day (night) in Blackpool. The apartment has all necessary amenities and once you enter/close the front door it's super quiet and allows you the opportunity to just switch off an relax. Throughout our stay wifi was great no slow days. Only thing to mention for any disabled guests, there is a steep incline to traverse if using the lift from level 0 and a few steps if using level 1, so if using a motorised wheelchair you will be fine, but a manual one - whoever is pushing will need to be careful. All in all we would stay here again if we ever planned a break in this region.

I would love to come back

It was a real lovely stay at this modern and well located apartment. I did use it as a 58yo male single traveller from Germany. I had a rail journey. I had not any problems to walk from rail station to the apartment within 20 minutes thanks to the detailed directions that I had gotten from renter. In this way I did get a first nice impression of lovely Lancaster and its pedestrian zone. The apartment is located in 3rd floor. It was tidied up and clean perfectly when I arrived. Everything was according the description given on this website and by additional messages that I had gotten from renter. The furniture was in excellent condition. The bed and the mattress were comfortable. Some street noise was only noticeable in sitting room. It was not really disturbing. The bedroom was absolutely silent. Besides I have never heard any neighbour. It was helpful that a great Lidl supermarket is just about 100 ft away. The apartment is highly recommended. As said above I would love to come back if I will a chance for a stay in well worth seeing Lancaster again.
