Beautifully appointed and completely remodeled studio with gulf views directly across the street from the white sandy beach of Bonita Springs. Recently renovated, this studio offers a well equipped kitchen with SS-appliances - dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster. The dining area, living room and bedroom features comfortable furnishing incl. dining table with 4 chairs, a leather sofa and chair, 50" flat screen and FREE WIFI. The bedroom offers a king sized bed with pillow top mattress and crisp white linens. Off the bedroom area is the completely renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.
You will enjoy beautiful views over the Gulf from your screened-in lanai. The studio is located on the 10th floor in Bldg. 3 within a complex of 5 Building. The Beach and Tennis Club offers 2 swimming pools, Shuffle Board, Boccia, and Grill area. Tennis courts are currently not available.

This unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every guest arrival.

We came at the end of Hurricane Helene and left at the start of Milton, but the unit made it all bearable. Beautiful and clean made our stay wonderful.

Felt like home

Immaculate and completely loaded. From a lockbox to beach chairs and coolers. Everything is there for cooking. Currently the building is being painted using scaffolding, but it just started when we were there. The owner and maintenance were very communicative and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful

We just came back home from our gorgeous 2 week stay. Everything was very clean and looked better than on the pictures. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need including very good beach chairs and an umbrella. It is just a very short walk to the beautiful beach 🏖 and there are a few restaurants in walking distance. We loved literally everything. 🤩 Thank you Meli for providing this great condo. We will be back for sure.

The studio was great, exactly as the pics on the site. Great location, across the street from the beach, plenty of parking and a lot of choices to eat around. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We’ll be back, thank you!

Perfect low-key beach time

While I’ve spent many years visiting nearby Naples, this was my first time staying in Bonita. I just wanted to spend days walking on the beach, and the location was perfect for that! The condo was beautifully finished. The decor was peaceful and relaxing. I appreciated the cubby with the desk because I did have to work and attend virtual meetings in the mornings. I hope to return!

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely love this condo!!! We have stayed here twice now once in June and now in December. It’s beautiful, very clean, beautiful view of the ocean, comfy bed, kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We will be booking again in 2023.

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely enjoyed our “home” for 6 days. The condo looked just like the pictures show. You can walk to a beautiful beach within minutes. We went to Tampa for one night of our trip and couldn’t wait to go back “home” to our condo. Beautiful sunset view every single night! Loved that the place had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for our stay. Very quiet condos. If it could fit our kids we would bring them to the exact same place for the perfect experience that we had!

Perfect stay

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It is really nicely done and spotless. Everything you need for the pool and beach are available. Very convenient location and met some very nice people in the community. Highly recommend

Amazing View, Tasteful Condo, Incredible Owner

It's a wonderful little one-room condo that doesn't feel cramped and the view of the ocean from the balcony is way better than properties that charge far more. The owner, Meli, is sensational, and that was proven when we had a challenging situation beyond Meli's control that could have ruiined our stay. Instead, Meli handled it with grace and very generous solutions that minimized the inconvenience. She is a masterful decorator and her touch is all over this condo, making it a very pleasant place to spend the week. The beach is across the street but easily walkable and it's impossible to overstate how wonderful the ocean view is. Honestly I hesitate to rave about this place because we don't want too many people to discover it but it's pretty special. We feel privileged to have stayed there and we will definitely do it again.

Unit was as pictured. Whole process was super easy. The unit was very clean and perfect for two. Would rent again if staying in Bonita Springs.

AMAZING CONDO!!!

We expected nice from the online pictures, but were blown away when we walked in and saw how beautiful, clean, and updated it was! The ocean views from the condo are AMAZING!!! Perfect size place for a couple, with everything you need for a beach stay, including two chairs, an umbrella, and coolers. The beach is a short walk through the parking lot and across the street. There are many other beautiful beaches within a short driving distance as well. There are a couple of fun restaurants within walking distance; Doc’s located directly on the beach is a fun spot for a drink or bite and Coconut Jack’s just to the left of the complex is a great place for dinner and to spot an alligator or two! The management company is fantastic, very friendly and emailed us a couple of days in to make sure everything was good. We just got home yesterday and hated to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us Meli!!!

Beautiful studio across the street from the beach

The studio was beautifully decorated. Very clean. Loved having the beach chairs and coolers. It was a bit windy for the beach umbrella but nice to have as an option. Only suggestion would be to leave more than one kitchen garbage bag. Otherwise a perfect stay. I’d certainly love to come back.

This unit was exactly as described. It had everything you need for the beach( good beach umbrella & chairs, 2 coolers). The only minor complaint is the sheets were a bit too small for the king size bed.
