We just loved this villa! We felt at home and well accommodated with every need met. Lots of added extras and a perfect location for us as we prefer the peaceful,quiet and pretty surroundings. We will definitely stay again in this little gem!

Delightful stay

A relaxing location. Villa is great and owners were pleasant and helpful at all times. Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay!

Great rental property! Beautifully maintained and right on the beach. Very helpful owner. Right down the beach too from some fabulous restaurants, especially Piccolo.

Amazing & quiet location

Very close to paradise on Earth :-). Nice view from the property, semi-private beach, good condition (although some system requires update but all is working), best place for romantic or family relax

Great place, would stay there again in a heart bit

We had a great time at this villa, which is steps away from the beach. It was clean, quiet, beautiful, comfortable, with an amazingly private porch next to the pool where the kids played a lot !!! We cannot say enough good things. Staff (Nikki) was very helpful and available, arranged car rental for us, exchanged dollars, arranged for cook for breakfast (which was amazing by the way). Very happy with our stay there, we miss it already.

Beach home away from home

This place was great and we truly enjoyed and relaxed fully. Plenty of room and clean no questions asked. You can dip in your own pool or dip in the sea for a swim just about 100 ft away. W

For anyone looking for a perfect location consisting of a quiet location in a breathtakingly spectacular setting, i highly recommend, sunrises and sunsets for days for those that understand their compass bearings. ....HOWEVER, if you are looking for a perfectly new concrete villa, where there is zero faults and everything works like it would back home, then this place may let you down a little. As someone who used to stay in thatched bungalows 20 years ago on these islands, i am used to things being a little quirky, with average plumbing, (i am a plumber btw!), imperfect in many ways but full of charm in many more. Yes, we would absolutely stay here again. This place is dripping with a certain "Je ne sais quoi"

Quiet beachfront escape

Wonderful house. 3 full queen beds. literally right on the beach. We were picked up and driven to the house on the first night and welcomed with a full dinner waiting for us by the pool. Robert the owner lives the dream life. He’s very helpful if you need anything. Perfect place to get away from work or normal life. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay at the Coconut Laguna Beach villa.

We would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely villa next to the beach on Koh Samui, we stayed for 2 weeks at the Coconut Laguna Beach villa and had a wonderful 2 weeks, Roberto was near by if you needed any information about Koh Samui and on hand to answer any questions, he was very helpful and the staff were lovely and very helpful, always with a smile on their faces . We will be returning next year. Thank you to Roberto and all the staff for making our stay one to remember . Rick & Anne

Enjoyable holiday

We had a wonderful vacation at the villa in May 2018. The house and its configuration are perhaps the best reason to stay here though: kitchen/living area with big flat screen TV leading onto the pool and deck leading onto the sand and ocean – its just great. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances, and bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. We had a privat pool with jacuzzi. I recommend having coral slippers for swimming in the sea. And keep in mind that you can swim in the sea only in the high tide. Thank you for our vacation!

Beautiful and quiet getaway

The description of the property is accurate. The house is comfortable and well appointed with a small but ok sized private pool and is directly on the beach. The back porch opens up to the pool area and is a great place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or evening beer while listening to the waves. The place is great though not for everyone: Positives: directly on beach with private pool; walking distance to many pleasant (not luxurious but good and fairly cheap) restaurants along with a few shops (bakery, fruit vendor, drug store and convenience stores); quiet beach; shallow water which is good for kids; Negatives: beach is not great for water sport as the water is very shallow with many rocks; not much nightlife in the immediate area; the bedrooms are all entered externally (not great for young kids).

We are glad that you liked the villa Laguna Beach. For your explanation: during low tide in summer the water is quite shallow and going back more than during the rest of the year. The rest of the year the water is coming quite high and you have no rocks, only the beautiful beach. We hope to see you again sometimes in the future.

Bang por house

The house was in a good location for what we required. It was very wet weather most days, and walking to the upstairs bedrooms was extremely dangerous. It has no cover so we got soaked coming to and from and nearly slipped several times. This is a major fault and should be rectified immediately before there’s a fatal accident. The garden area hadn’t been maintained and was overgrown and messy. Not good enough. The place inside is old and tired looking, but had all the amenities. Cleaners came in whenever they chose, even if you were having breakfast, which was invasive. They should be told not to enter until the guests have departed for the day. The exercise gear was old and rusted and should be removed. The house and surrounds need a good tidy up before further rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a beautiful beachfront setting and the pool was lovely. It’s a quiet part of the beach but a couple restaurants, massage place, and beach clubs just a few doors down. The bedrooms are all separate locations and very private (like they aren’t all doors off one common area) so we less loved that in traveling with our kids but some people might appreciate that!

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig. Im Meer liegen einige einzelne Steine, aufpassen dass man sich die Zehen nicht anschlägt (Badeschuhe!). Sonst sehr schöner und sauberer Sandstrand. Flach, bei Ebbe schwimmen nicht möglich. Die Liegen am Strand dürften auch erneuert werden, sind aber funktionstüchtig (2 am Strand, 4 im Garten). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, viele Kästen und Schubladen. Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Kein Geschirrspüler, kejn Backofen. Die Duscharmaturen sind alt, Armaturen rostig, das finde ich schade! Müsdten erneuert werden. Bäckerei in 15 Gehminuten mit sehr feinem Brot. Abendessen direkt dem Strand entlang laufen, mehrere gute Restaurants in beide Richtungen mit Tischen im Sand! Einmalig! Mietauto beim Vermieter gebucht zwar günstig, war aber innen und aussen sehr schmutzig, müsste nicht sein! Haben deshalb zwei Gratis-Massagesessions bekommen, finde ich fair. Massageson direkt am Strand wenige Schritte sehr zu empfehlen! 1 Stunde 500 THB. Tägliche Grundreinigung (wischen, Abfallentsorgung), alle 4 Tage neue Bettwäsche und neue Dusch- und Strandtücher! Das ist top! Genügend Aircondition und Ventilatoren auch im Sitzplatzbereich. Alles in allem würden wir Haus sofort wieder buchen!

Wunderbare Ferien

Die Villa ist super gelegen an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Besitzer und die Agentur sind super! Wir haben uns hier rund um wohl gefühlt und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Traumtage in Traumlage

Wir haben die 8 Tage sehr genossen...die Lage direkt am Meer war unschlagbar, wer es ruhig mag ist hier genau richtig!!! Taxi bzw Sammeltaxi war schwierig, weil keine Touristenhochburg, wir sind mit GRAB ganz gut gefahren... Der inkludierte Strom war relativ schnell verbraucht, klar...die Klimaanlage lief viel...wir mussten noch ca 60,- EUR dazuzahlen...

Alles war super die Gastgeber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir sollten unsere Haus zwar um 10:30 offiziell verlassen aber dafür hat man uns ein andere Haus bis Abend zu Verfügung gestellt. Prima wo gibt’s so was👍 Danke

tolles Haus, traumhaft gelegen

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Koh Samui. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Roberto und seine Frau haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir hatten sogar Sachen zum Frühstück für die ersten paar Tage im Kühlschrank wie Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffee etc. Danke nochmals dafür. Es entsprach 1:1 den Bildern im Internet. Was für ein schöner Tagesanfang mit der Kaffeetasse am Meer zu sitzen und dem Wellenrauschen zuzuhören. Ein paar Minuten am Strand entlang gibt es ein tolles Restaurant und gleich oben an der Strasse eine Garküche, welche das Essen auch liefert. So kann man auf seiner eigenen Terrasse sein Essen geniessen und aufs Meer schauen. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Wunderschöne Strandvilla, wie im Paradies!

Ganz tolles Haus direkt am Meer mit Pool. Für eine Familie mit Kindern/Teenagern absolut perfekt und sehr luxuriös, aber not too much. Ein süßes Strandrestaurant für abends ist keine 100m entfernt, ansonsten kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen in der voll ausgestatteten Küche oder über die Straße zum leckeren Imbiss gehen. Kleine Einkäufe im SevenEleven ca. 1km zu Fuß. Der Night Market für größere Einkäufe ist ca. 5km entfernt, Orte mit Leben und Geschäften zB Fishermans Village eher 8-10km. Ein Auto zu haben ist super, kann man für einen guten Preis bei der Rezeption bekommen. Die kümmern sich übrigens hervorragend um alle Belange, man bekommt die Handynummer und kann einfach eine Nachricht schreiben, wenn man etwas braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
