Excellent location. Great house. Kids jumped between the pool and snorkeling in the bay. Directly opposite supermarket for fresh bread and all the essentials. Large house with a beautiful view

Don't usually write negative reviews so I'll start with the positive. Stunning setting. Nice pool. Spacious accommodation with good appliances. But the biting ants made the living room unusable. You couldn't sit but be bit. Bit at the dining room table as well. They are on the table and floor. I live in Maui and understand that it's something that has to be delt with specifically, not just general pest control. It can be ecco friendly. I also know to keep dishes done, trash away and food sealed. The flooring in the kitchen and bathroom was tacky to walk on. Hosts blamed it on the weather!? There are birds nesting over the kitchen and there scratching was so loud it could be heard in the bedroom. I contacted the host and they basically said they do what they needed. Offered to send someone but no one showed up. They suggested, if I caught the French translation correctly, that I was just looking for money. No. We stay in rentals several times a year and we rely on reviews to help select listings. No one has mentioned any of the issues with the accommodation or hosts lack response. Not even a sorry for the issues from them. Problems won't be addressed.

Après contrôle, nous n’avons trouvé ni fourmis ni nid d’oiseau sur la toiture. Nous avons effectué un traitement complet contre les insectes en guise de prévention, et les clients suivants n’ont rien signalé après que nous les avons contactés. Cordialement, Robert.

Everything was great! I have no complaints! Would definitely come back! Check in was easy. Home was clean and spacious. Hosts were easy to get in touch with. The pool was great with sea view. Was air conditioned.

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the beautiful exterior. The pool and views were wonderful, and the outdoor furniture and space were excellent.However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Communication was slow, especially when we first arrived and could not locate the house. I messaged twice through two different threads, asked for an ASAP response, and provided my phone number, but it took 10 minutes to receive a response.Toilet paper was listed as an amenity, but when we were running low, we were told to purchase more ourselves because consumables were not included. Since toilet paper was listed, this was disappointing and confusing.There were also only two bath towels and two beach towels for four adults, despite bath towels and beach towels being listed as provided. We also had an ongoing ant problem and had to spray multiple times.The interior of the home is quite dated and needs some updating. The large tub in the master bathroom was peeling badly, so it was not really usable as a bathtub.The outdoor areas, pool, views, and furniture were definitely the highlights of the property. With better communication, adequate towels and supplies, pest control, and some interior updates, the stay could be much more enjoyable.

Généralement, nous sommes facilement joignables ; votre entrée était prévue à 14h et nous vous avons accordé une arrivée à 13h gratuitement. Concernant les consommables, nous fournissons suffisamment de papier toilette pour le début de votre séjour ; pour ce qui est des serviettes, si vous réservez pour quatre personnes, vous aurez quatre serviettes, ce qui est logique, et si vous arrivez à huit personnes alors que vous avez réservé pour quatre, il vous manquera forcément des serviettes. The pool was lovely, we were in it every day, as well as the ocean. The air conditioning in the bed rooms worked very well, but not as efficient in the main living area. Two issues were something was living in the kitchen and we had multiple power outages even when following their guidelines. We loved the outdoor area, BBQ and closeness to grocery store and restaurants.

Our stay here was amazing! The neighborhood is great, dont miss Moorea Treasure gift shop just a few doors down and Caramel'in cafe across the street is unforgettable and may be the saddest part of going home as their pastries are beyond delicious! The ability to snorkle right off the dock and the stargazing from the pool was truly an unforgettable experience.

Perfect Stay

Favorite vacation house, best location

Look no further if what you want is a vacation home that is so close to the water that it feels like a overwater bungalow. The location is second to none especially since you can walk across the street to the market, shops, and restaurants.

A slice of paradise

This is an amazing place to stay in a stunning lagoon, its a very comfortable house, generous outside area with dining and lounge area. The pool was fantastic and so were the kayaks provided. Robert is a fantastic host.

Excellent location. Supermarket across road, and easy walk to cafes, restaurants etc. Fantastic pool, lots of outdoor covered space to relax. Everything needed for a great stay. Would be very happy to go back again.

Loved our stay here. The pool was great to come home to after a day out exploring Moorea, and we appreciated the outdoor furniture under the covered outdoor area. Wonderful outlook right on the water. The host was super responsive and when we had a question.

Awesome view and location

Lovely home with pool. On ocean. Great snorkeling. Covered patio with comfy furniture. Great a/c in the bedrooms. Owners were amazing and very quick to resolve a few issues we had. Would rent from them again. Location is close to shopping, groceries and restaurants.

This is an amazing house in heaven.

This property is a pleasure to stay at. It’s very well maintained and taken care of, and has lots of charm and personality. It has everything in it you would need and has more than that outside. The pool overlooks the ocean which gives amazing views 24 hours a day. It’s located perfectly between a market and several restaurants. If you’re having reservations about this property, don’t. Just book it.

Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing property for a family with kids! 13 year old loved snorkelling and my 7 year old loved the pool. Everything is super handy to where the property is located!

Love the location

We stayed at this property for about 8 nights. The house is comfortable, roomy, fully equipped to cook, has a beautiful beachfront and pool. The grocery store and shopping stores are across the street. You can walk to some good restaurants, too.

A great place in Moorea

Was a great place with good AC in all the bedrooms. When there was a small issue the owners had it fixed very quickly. The pool was fantastic in the heat and the ocean was feet away. Good snorkeling with many fish to be found. Very happy with the property, the location and the especially the pool.

Perfect place for a low key getaway in paradise

If you want to feel like you are living a normal life in paradise, then this is the place to go. Great marine life right off the dock, lovely pool and centrally located on the island. The house definitely has different levels and narrow stairs, but once you get the flow, it is just a fun, low key place to hang out. We will definitely be back next year!
