This romantic self-catering villa is based 15 mins from Alghero International Airport and only 5km from the nearest beach. The old town of Alghero is one of the most beautiful old walled towns in Sardegna. The beaches are only 5km away from this villa of dreams.

There is CCTV at the property in four locations, Front Gate, Side of property facing the Boiler Room, this CCTV has a privacy area so none of the Gazebo area is recorded., Front of house facing up the driveway and the Front Door. This is for security of the property. There is no CCTV around the Pool. The data is deleted every 30 days.

The garden is some 2500 square meters and very quite and secluded. The nearest supermarket is only 2km away and all the main restaurants selling locally caught fish are within the town of Alghero.

Ryanair fly to Alghero all year round from a number of international airports. Easyjet also fly to Alghero and Olbia. We would recommend hiring a car from Hertz.

The villa is split over 2 floors.

Downstairs is a Living room / Dining Room kitchen and downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet and bidet. This bathroom also houses the washing machine.

As you go upstairs you enter the main double bedroom and through into the mansarda which has 1 baby travel cot. 2 x double sofa beds and a single fold out bed. There is also another bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. You will also find a twin room that has 2 single beds.

We Also have a new outside BBQ and Pizza Oven around the Pool.
