The Eifelsteig hiking trails are perfect for hiking and mountain bikers can have fun on the Vulkaneifel Trail Park. Beautiful Cochem and the Nurburgring circuit are nearby.

The home is well-furnished and comes with free parking. Stretch out and enjoy the sun from the terrace and furnished garden. Kids can have fun with the sandpit and play equipment. The interiors are comfortable with a living-dining room with a TV and a modern kitchen. There is also a children's bed and high chair. Costfree parking and bike parking is also arranged.
