Location good, good selection of nearby shops, close to transportation. Only fault was extremely thin wash cloths and towels.

Good location. Check in/check out process was very easy with clear and communication. We had a problem with the sink in one of the washrooms not draining and it was fixed right away. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking a couple of dinners in. There is a Tops grocery store 5 min walk from the apartment. Overall, a really nice stay and would recommend.

Great stay

We showed up shortly after a major earthquake in the general area so there were some cracks in the building and it seemed like some repairs had been made to the room. Other than that the place was great. No need to say more

Excellent accommodation. This is a building of apartments connected to the Ascott Bangkok, a really nice hotel. Excellent location, BTS station a few steps away. The apartment was comfortable, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Washing machine, good size fridge. We didn’t cook but there were basic utensils to do so. Everything was very clean and cleaning service came every other day. Comfortable beds, AC worked great. The only drawbacks are minor. The second bedroom had a full size bed, which for two adults was a bit small. And there is no 24 hour check in, so if you plan on arriving late at night you cannot check in. Our flight was arriving near midnight so we stayed at a hotel close to the airport the first night. Other than that, a solid choice to stay in a nice area of Bangkok.

Very nice place to stay

I give the Ascott apartments a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the easiness of booking to the smooth and easy check in. Our host was outstanding as well as the helpfulness of all staff on hand. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great place to call home when your far from home. Never any issues and quick responses when needed.

Perfect location and amenities. Apartment was very clean and had great AC (important during the hot days). Easy check-in and check-out. I would stay there again. Thanks!

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment

Clean, comfortable and relatively modern. Amazing location. Dannie helped organise a seemingly brand new baby cot for us. On main road, between Chong Nonsi and Surasak BTS. Across the road from Healthland (great 400THB foot massage), supermarket on the Chong Nonsi corner, 7-11 towards surasak, ATM and pub at the front of the building. Recommend Rocket Coffee Bar (6min wall) and Cafè Neighbour (15min walk) for good Australian-style coffee. Thanks to you, Dannie and the cleaning ladies. Great apartment. Perfect for our stay. Really appreciate everything. Can’t wait to come back one day!!

Wonderful relaxing apartment amid the hustle of the big city for my granddaughter and I.

Everything from the checkin to the checkout was easy and streamlined, Dannie was so helpful and offered great tips for getting around. One thing that is so important when lodging in an apartment rather than a hotel is having it easy to find for transportation. We loved a restaurant called "Go Asean" just steps away from the front door. The apartment was well located with restaurants and shopping steps away. The pool area was beautiful and the staff very gracious. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment with lovely decor.

My mum and myself stayed at this apartment. The decor is very comfy and looks as per the photos. It's equipped with all the essentials that we required (fridge, air con, hairdryer, washing machine and great Wi-Fi). The apartment is within walking distance of chong nonsi BTS station. I have a quick peek at the pool but didn't get a chance to use it (as we were out everyday). As I'm a bit of a light sleeper, I found the noise of the car traffic (as the apartment is next to a very busy main road) did wake me up a bit earlier than expected in the mornings. Aside from this, it's a great apartment and made our Bangkok stay in Bangkok very enjoyable.

Die Unterkunft bietet kein Frühstück. Ich empfehle eines der Lokale im Empire Building zu besuchen. Dieses Gebäude ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und bietet einen modernen, best ausgestatteten Supermarkt, Geschäfte und viele Lokale. Mit Strassen- und Baustellenlärm muss man in jeder Großstadt rechnen. Die gut isolierten Fenster reduzieren den Lärm aber auf ein Minimum. Eine genauere Funktionserklärung zu den elektrischen Geräten würde nicht schaden

Thank you for the hospitality through out our stay

The place feels like second home. It's clean and comfortable with basic necessities, with every other day house keeping. Venue is strategically located. Walking distance to Chong Nonsi BTS. Highly recommended!

Great experience, Worth the budget.

Impecable. Excelente edificio y ubicación. Muy atentos a todos mis pedidos y preguntas. Incluso me permitieron exceder la permanencia en función de mis vuelos. Excelente! Danii fue quien me recibió y me mostró el departamento y las alternativas de ammenities en el edificio. Su atención en todo momento fue sobresaliente y ayudándome con información precisa. Además de permitirme ingresar y retirarme excediendo los horarios establecidos atendiendo a los horarios de mis vuelos!. Genial!

Great place, Great host

Salvatore is a great host, he is responsive and takes of all tiny details for a smooth arrival to Bangkok. His apartment is well located, it’s clean and spacious, assistance is available if needed. Strongly recommending this host for a great start in Bangkok. To Danniie by extension, We had a superb 1st stay at your nice well located appartement ! Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel correspondant tout à fait à la description; il se trouve dans la tour de l'Hôtel Ascott et nous avons pu profiter des services de l'hôtel, comme l'organisation des visites privées ou les commandes de taxi. Un petit magasin ouvert jusqu'à 10pm se trouve dans le bâtiment. La ligne sky train a un arrêt (Chong Nonsi) à 5 minutes à pied et va directement au centre ville (arrêt Siam). La réservation de l'appartement était facile et rapide; il y a un service de conciergerie pour les Sky Villas et une personne de référence (Danniie). La piscine de l'hôtel est très agréable. L'appartement lui-même comporte deux chambres avec un lit double chacune, toutes deux très confortables, deux salles de bain et un grand salon-cuisine. La climatisation marche très bien et nous avons apprécié la machine à laver le linge! Un excellent séjour... nous y reviendrons à notre prochain voyage.

Thank you very much , it was a great experience!

Very nice place, we enjoyed Bangkok to the fullest- thanks to the location where the flat was. Hospitality to the maximum level and communication was on top point :) Location wise - perfect if you want to explore around Bangkok not only night life. We enjoyed “the green lung”, night markets and Lumphini Park was just around the corner . Perfect place for two couples or just three friends :) thank you very much , it was a great great experience :)

Great apartment and great location.

Good location, full sets of kitchenware, first choice for family tour at Bangkok. The room has everything you need. The people there are quite helpful. They come to clean the room every other day. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it to everyone.
