All refurbished apartment, as well as the whole building, is a top floor (5th) with elevator to the penultimate floor (4th), with plenty of natural light, all day sun, front view of the Castle and side to the Tejo River.
It has central heating, air conditioning in the living room, cable TV and wifi internet.

Perfect location

Great host met us to show us the apartment. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and tour buses close by. Highly recommended. We would stay here again.

Great Holiday week in Lisboa

This apartment is very well equiped with everything you need and the location is right in the middle of Lisboa. The owner is very friendly and accommodates extra wishes like late check-in without additional charges. All you need to a trouble free holiday !

Lisboa Delight

The apartment was perfect, like staying with friends. We really like the location quiet yet close to the action. Short walk to the Metro and all the transportation.Trains to Sintra, Belem and Cascais.

Great Location

The apartment is as described and it was extremely clean. The elevator to the 4th floor was a great bonus. The area was perfect to explore Lisbon, no hills involved because it was in the Baixa area of the city. Sergio was very accommodating after our flight was changed to a very late arrival in to Lisbon, he met us at the apartment late into the night and gave us the whole run down of the property. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again if we ever return to Lisbon

Great location. You can walk to everything including train station. Easy to find, very clean and Sergio was great to deal with.

Perfect location

We could not have asked for a better location from which to explore Lisbon. It is close to everything and far exceeded our expectations. Sergio’s apartment was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and he was always available should we have questions. We appreciated his warm welcome and advice both before and on our arrival. We stayed at the apartment for a month and will definitely consider it for future stays.

Amazing Experience

This apartment was perfect for us. The location is amazing and Sergio is the perfect host. The apartment was clean and stocked with absolutely everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The property was close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping and transit. The host was great. Our flight was delayed arriving by about 12 hours and he met us around 19 pm.

Lisbon center

It is located in the center of Lisbon's main tourist attractions, and the host is very friendly. The house is also very clean and has a dishwasher and washing machine.

We had a perfect stay. Nothing was missing. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is very centrally located and you can reach everything quickly on foot. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would be happy to come back.

Amazing!

Our stay here was amazing! You’re right in the middle of the city so the perfect location to explore from. Sergio was great, very flexible with checkin/ check out times which was very convenient for our flights and very quick at replying with any questions/ reccomendations. Appartment was well equipped and had everything you needed - reccomend highly and I would stay again!

Attention to detail

The host met us at the property when we arrived, greeted us and went through the property with in detail. The apartment was well-appointed and clean. Rua de Prata is a great area from which to explore Lisbon

Cozy apartment

Very comfortable and as described. For our stay in October, our street was under construction making uber pickups and drops a little more complicated. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.

Very enjoyable stay in Lisbon

We had a lovely stay in Lisbon. This was a very nice neighborhood. We felt completely safe. We were in the tourist area, so it was very convenient. The property tself was wonderful. Our host met us at the apartment, and filled us in on every thing necessary. He had wine for us as well as water. A very enjoyable stay for sure. If ever in Lisbon I would love to stay there again

Sparklingly clean & well equipped

Sérgio is an excellent host. His place is absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a very comfy bed! The location is centrally located for restaurants, shops and all the touristy stuff. There were some major roadworks going on in front of the building while we were there that was a minor inconvenience but aside from that (and the way too many tourists) it was just perfect. Thanks Sérgio!

Best location ever

Quaint little apartment on 5 th floor - like a loft apt. Centrally located right in the middle of all the action - two blocks away from Praça Comércio . Our host met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt. Best equiped and stocked apt we have rented in years. Only issue is rua Prata is closed to traffic so taxi and buses cannot enter which means carrying luggage a couple of blocks. Thanks

Mostly excellent

The building, apartment and location were very good overall. It was clean and well supplied. The street in front of the building is closed for construction which caused some inconvenience with transportation. Also, there are children in the adjacent apartment and the sound of them running was audible from the living room.

Wonderful!

This property met our needs perfectly. Lovely, comfortable apartment stocked with everything we needed, toiletries, condiments etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to the train to Sintra, the hop on hop off bus, tram and metro, restaurants, and groceries. Sergio met us on arrival and was very helpful. We did struggle a bit with the key at first. Turn to the left and keep on going, even after you think you’ve reached the end. You’ll hear a click!
