Relax on our large balcony directly on the ocean and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country!

Our condo has been renovated with beautiful tile, newly painted, contemporary and plush living room and dining room furnishings, area rugs, and luxurious bedding. All the amenities you could dream of for your time on the coast. ! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a new queen Cozy Mattress® Sleeper Sofa, and two built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Plenty of room for 6 people!

The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment!

From your spacious 17th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools--one zero entry/splash kids zone. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of beach activities in the sun, grill some delicious seafood and steaks on one of the many free gas grills just a few steps from your balcony. Between the pools and easy beach access we had plenty to do. We brought our 8 year old and she enjoyed the 3 pools as well as the hot tubs. Also, the unit is located right by the elevator which we enjoyed as well.

Great Vacation

We loved the condo and how we could run down to the pool or beach whenever we wanted to. We spent a lot of time at the beach or on the balcony. We also loved how we could walk to go grab food, ice cream, or coffee! Overall, it was a great and relaxing vacation!

Perfect Family Rental

This condo was perfect for our family's needs! The bunkbeds were perfect for our two teenagers (heights being 5'4" and 5'8"). Bunkbeds are near the master bedroom, but not too close.

Great family resort

Great location in Destin. Awesome beach access, the tiki bar and staff were awesome. View from 17th floor was nice, downside was half the elevators were down so it took a little long to go up and down. Love the Destin area though. Great spring break! The family loved it.

Firstly, the unit was very clean and had a great view. The AC worked flawlessly the entire stay. The only problem we had was with the front door. It closes on its own when you open it, but it doesn't always latch. We actually discovered this when we returned from dinner and the door was open. Fortunately, nothing was missing. Also, the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are not good. I would suggest getting higher quality pillows for the bedroom. Otherwise, it was a great place and excellent complex. The tiki bar service at the beach was definitely a plus!

Beautiful View!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well decorated, and the view was amazing! There were tons of hooks to hang your towels and bathing suits which I really appreciated. We would stay here again.
