Every room in this spectacular condo has a view to die for....including the master ensuite, complete with double vanity, claw foot soaker tub, and floor to ceiling glass shower. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to whip something up (that is when you aren't out trying out the many restaurants located only steps away!) The dining room, with white leather chairs and cushy window seating, overlooks one of the best views (and people watching), in downtown Kelowna. Designer touches are abundant in this property, giving you a five star experience that you will enjoy throughout your stay. This unit is a top floor corner unit, giving you plenty of privacy, while still enjoying the perks of being right in the heart of downtown.

A great 3 night stay.

Cool place to stay. Decor is bright, elegant and sumptuous. Beds and bedding are comfy. Walked everywhere as location is great. We would definitely recommend and may come back again. Checkin was perfect.

A great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Laura’s condo, very comfortable and clean plus close to many activities in Kelowna. The view over looking City Park, marina and the lake is spectacular. Many thanks to Laura and staff for making our stay wonderful! A perfect place for one or two couples to get away from the usual routine!

Very nice place, well appointed.

Enjoyed our stay in Kelowna. The accommodations were perfect. Close to restaurants, shops, etc.. We rented a boat from the marina across the street from the condo. Great times!!!

Property was as advertised, very nice furnishings, beds , etc. only downside is that due to location it is noisy at night, but overall a lovely place to stay.

Fun in the summer sun

Great location right across the street from the park,marina and beach. Lots of great restaurants right around the corner. Unit was immaculate and well stocked, great views of the sunset each evening, check in and check out folks were very great and very helpful.

Great Getaway

This condo is in the perfect location, everything is within walking distance. The place is very clean and well maintained. The pictures do not do it justice. The bed is comfortable and the linens are super soft! We will be staying here again!

Beautiful downtown suite!

Loved this suite once again! It was complete with all we needed, and only steps away from all the wonderful amenities downtown Kelowna has to offer! Owner and manager were both very helpful, and wonderful to communicate with.

Kelowna - Luxury Downtown Condo

In a word...spectacular! Location is perfect, condo is beautiful. We spent 4 nights there in June 2024 and had a wonderful golf getaway. Close to all the downtown restaurants and easy access to Hwy 97 to get to all attractions. Laura and Lisa were great to work with and always communicated super timely. Highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful condo, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was decorated beautifully, and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was extremely convenient, and was within walking distance to a number of amenities. The hosts were very accommodating, and were excellent to deal with. We will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Perfect location

It was a wonderful vacation in a perfect location. Parking was an issue because the garage was under repair… and the master ensuite had a quirky and tiny WC in a huge bathroom and the room had only a curtain as a door. All in all a fantastic condo.

I didn't want to leave. Such a beautiful property. Soooo beautifully decorated. Close to everything downtown which was convenient; however it was a summer long weekend so noisy till wee hours of the am, which we expected. We would have liked black out blinds as it gets bright early, but other than that, it was perfect.

We have immensely enjoyed living in this property since completing an extensive renovation in this unique, 1960's five story building that sits right in the heart of downtown Kelowna on what we feel is the most prime real estate location in the area.

We purchased this property 10 years ago, and only decided to move downtown after all of our children were grown, and left "the nest". We created our own "nest" by designing and renovating this property to suit our lifestyle of travel and freedom. Living downtown is the ultimate experience! We hope you agree.....

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Tucked away above the tree tops, and overlooking beautiful Okanagan Lake, this property is unique in that you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the downtown, and then retreat to your luxurious oasis, while life goes on outside. We have used luxury furnishings and decore throughout our 1300 square foot home. The building itself was built in the the 1960's and only has 18 other units in total, so it is very nice to have only a few units on each floor. We don't have typical amenities that large resorts have, however, we have the lake, beach, and park right outside our front lobby.....which makes makes for a pretty great place to live!
