This 1500 foot one story house with garage is the perfect place to enjoy the cool temperatures of Flagstaff in the summer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it will easily handle 5 or 6 people. The dining room and kitchen area are open with great views of the yard to watch birds at the feeder. The living room area is a very comfortable space with High def TV and TIVO from Sudden link, providing access to Netflix and others. Just a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and activities in Flagstaff. Wood decks in front and out back are great for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Fully furnished kitchen that has whatever you should need. The combined kitchen and dining room is a great space with views of the back yard and large back deck. The back yard is fenced making a great space for dogs and kids. Barbecue and outdoor chairs are provided. The living room and craft area is very cozy with HD TV and DVR. There is a shower and bathroom in the master bedroom. The third bedroom is set up as an office, but has a futon that could sleep two people. Wifi. Two great walking and hiking areas are just a few minutes drive away: Kachina Wetlands, and Pumphouse wash.

My wife and I have been enjoyed our second home in Kachina village Flagstaff for 19 years. It has been a great way to escape from the summer heat and enjoy all the activities in the Flagstaff area. After retiring recently, we decided to spend the summers with my 90 year old father up in Seattle, and so we are renting the house, which we call our cabin, for the first time. It is a very comfortable house with many amenities and we hope that people who rent the house will enjoy it as much as we do. We plan to continue to use the house intermittently after we return from Seattle. We have a person in Flagstaff to handle any issues that might arise, and will be available by cell phone to answer any questions.

A very comfortable house with 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms in a good location on the top of a hill in the nice community of Kachina Village. Nice setting in the pines. Fenced yard good for pets and kids. Fully furnished kitchen for those who want to prepare meals there. Many games to play. Garage is available to park a car or store equipment.
