Beautifully fully furnished pool home (pool is heated). Quiet, safe neighbourhood, no through traffic. Open concept living, back of home fully opens to pool and screened lanai. Unique feature of this home is the sliders fully open with no obstruction to pool and lanai. Kitchen has modern appliances, walk in pantry, granite counters. Ceiling fans throughout, all bedrooms have walk in closets. Great room has cathedral ceiling and is furnished with leather reclining sofas, flat screen tv. Second tv in 3rd bedroom. Artwork by local artists. Large master with ensuite. Beautiful outdoor kitchen with BBQ, full range and wet bar overlooking the pool. Pool and backyard are fully private for swimming or sunbathing. Pool is professionally maintained. Yard is fully fenced and professionally landscaped and maintained. Cable included. Full alarm system. Walking distance to many good restaurants, bars, banks, salons and Publix.

Great Location

We had a great vacation. House was exactly as shown in the photos and the boys enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday.

Amazing vacation

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this vacation rental in March. We had such an amazing time we didn't want to leave. All the comforts of home with your own pool, perfect weather. Great outdoor eating/living space, close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants; it's got it all! We HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next vacation whether is two of you or for a family getaway, you won't be disappointed. Bon voyage!!

Amazing home with a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen

The photos do not do justice to how beautiful this home is! Beautifully maintained home with sparkling pool and super outdoor kitchen. The location is a quiet, safe area with easy access to many great dining options. (Be sure to try Lobster Lady and Ceno Italian Grill) . The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the outdoor grill is also equipped with utensils. Tonnie (property manager) is wonderful, and even dropped off rain ponchos and an umbrella for our rainy day travels! Thank you Paul and Anne for sharing your home with us! P.S. The photography is amazing 😊

Stay Here, this is the one.

Delightful, extraordinary home nestled in tropical beauty. My husband and I stayed at this lovely Cape Coral home for a week. The home was impeccably clean. The open floor plan was great! The kitchen was centrally located , opening up into the dining area and living room. The view of the outdoor pool and lanai area was spectacular! We swam in the crystal clear pool several times a day. We were very impressed by the amazing Outdoor Kitchen with grill and stove, and even a sink! Another great feature of this home was the bathroom that led directly to the pool area! The gorgeous Palm trees and flowers added to the privacy in the pool area. This beautiful home was in a great location! We were able to walk to area restaurants and supermarkets. We can't wait to return to this Florida Paradise! Thank you for sharing your home.

Very good house in a very good neighborhood

We stayed for 8 nights and had a fantastic time. The communication with Tonnie was very good, she is absolutely helpful and always quick in the response, 5 stars. There is one negative point, but that is not in the responsibility of Tonnie or the owner, I can not accept, when a guest is using the barbecue and doesn't clean it after using. It took me more than one hour of my holiday time to clean, because it was not usable! We would definitely come back👍

Such a wonderful place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room for the whole family, and the heated pool was such a delight! Excellent hosts and lots to explore around.

Well taken care of clean house

The house is exactly as in pictures. It is clean and in great working order. The pool is sparkling clean. Everything was in the house that we needed for our stay. Dishwasher is amazing. Coffee machine was great too. Quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants within 5 min drive. Just bring your clothes and food. Thank you for all of the accommodations.

We stayed for 8 days and had the best time. The house is just as it looks in the picture.

Our stay was great and we will be going back next summer. The house was just as the pictures showed, the pool was wonderful my kids didn't want to leave. They only thing is I wish we had booked the house for more than 8 days it just wasn't enough time. Next summer it'll be for 2 to 3 weeks. We loved the house and the neighborhood was excellent. Thank y'all so much for letting us stay we enjoyed it so much.

Great House

This property is fantastic for a family. This neighborhood was wonderful. The house was beautiful,clean and very comfortable. The owner has made it so the guests don’t need anything. Highly recommend this property for families.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

My family and I really enjoyed this house. Everything was clean and with all the staff you can imagine may need and more. The temperated and clean pool was our favorite part of the house, we enjoyed it daily. With the high speed internet we could study and work there during our stay. Secure and nice neighborhood and close to restaurants, markets, sea port, stores, etc. Besides, Cape Coral is a wonderful city. It was our first time there and we really loved it! a lot of things do do, we´ll surely come back.

Serious Cleanliness issues - Roaches and poor property managers !

A great property with extremely poor cleanliness and property management - dog hair, stained bed covers, cockroaches inside the house in multiple locations & days. Lack of appropriate response or willingness to assist when we approached the property management / VRBO.

The house was spotless when the guest arrived. Two weeks in (of a three week stay) we hear from the guest to say that they found 3 cockroaches in the house I offered to immediately send pest control to take care of the problem. The guest refused all they wanted was a refund. The house was left in a terrible state. There was food in the sink and the other sink was overflowing with dirty dishes despite us providing dishwasher soap for both the sink and dishwasher. We know why the cockroaches appeared these people did not clean up after themselves. The stove top had baked on crud all over the top. It took the cleaners 7 hours to get the house back in order. VRBO should ban these guests from renting from other VRBO hosts they did not respect the property.

Wonderful week

The house was well stocked and described perfectly. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the few neighbors we encountered were great people especially the sweet German lady. Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay for great holidays

Sehr schönes und sehr gut gelegenes Objekt. Lage wie beschrieben in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber alles wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. Restaurants gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und der Poolbereich ist toll. Alles ist wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kämen gerne in 2020 wieder. Leider ist das Haus bereits belegt.

Beautiful Home and Quiet Neighborhood

I came here for a girl's week with my best friend, Brenda. I called Tonnie Drake to meet with us and to go over a few things. She is so nice and is very prompt to answer texts and she helped us with a couple of problems. The home is beautiful! You walk in to the living room and right away you see the pool. The kitchen is very nice. The beds were so comfortable! The location of the house is great because it is close to shopping and a lot of the restaurants. You go over the bridge to Fort Myers and Highway 41 is close to Bonita Springs and to Naples. We had such a great time! We both loved it! So nice and relaxing. Thank you so much! property was beautiful. Pool was great. Everything you need was furnished. Great location for groceries and eating out. Would recommend this house and a great price. Other than some insects and bugs we would recommend this house. Tonney was the best.
