Traditional Architecture recovered with own techniques of Bioconstruction. Old cafe built in stone and tapia (pressed mud) in the fifties next to a cinema and ballroom. During the recovery they have tried to maintain the spaces, the windows or the doors and the atmosphere. The materials that have been renewed are healthy, we have avoided toxic or VOC materials. We use cork as insulation, thus improving the acoustic quality of the spaces. We use renewable energy to heat the house.

In short, we have sought a healthy and dignified habitat in which to rest, respecting nature; in which the ecology, the environment and the society in which it is established matter.

The house, facing south, is composed of a magnificent entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with wood stove, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room for the washing machine. And in the southern area, it has a great garden.

The Cinematograph is in Andavías, where you can still hear the millenary tradition of the Mozarabic song, in the Solemn Mass of Andavías, which is sung on New Year's Day: a music transmitted orally from generation to generation, and whose importance has been recognized by foreign experts like Marcel Perès.

The house provides access to ecotourism, in the area you can do bird watching, walks in nature, and appreciate a traditional culture currently alive.
We are 15 km from Zamora, 12 km from the Church of San Pedro de la Nave, 5 km from the Ricobayo reservoir and next to the Ruta de la Plata. 45 minutes away you can be in Portugal or in the Arribes del Duero, in the Lagunas de Villafáfila, in La Granja de Moreruela or in Toro.
