This condo is one of a kind located oceanfront on the best surf beach in Los Cabos. The condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Satellite tv, a pool and hot tub, tennis, and pickleball courts. The furnishings and appliances are all modern along with several other updates. Extra services are provided upon request, such as private chef, surf lessons, babysitting, maid/laundry service, airport transfer, and private tours.

This condo was a great fit for our trip with friends and Carlene is a terrific responsive host. Loved the location (especially the large balcony) for watching the surfers and whales. We were concerned about road noise and found it not to be a problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!

The view and location were highlights for us. I was nervous about the road being so close behind the building, but you do not even hear it because the waves are so close and constantly crashing making such a great sound! The view and proximity to the water are top notch. A cool feature also is that this is the hot spot to surf in the area. Watching the surfers was very fun. I also loved that this property is not in the chaos of Cabo, but close enough to go anytime.

This place is awesome and was a perfect setup for our family surf trip. Beautiful kitchen, renovated bathrooms, and amazing views of the surf breaks at middles and the rock. Carlene and her team were great and always responsive, and let us put our rental boards in the unit's surf locker. We will be back again!

We had a great stay and place was super clean. Property manager met us and left us with a few great surprises. Great communication, easy check-in and space is super beautiful. We will definitely come back!

The condo is lovely with the most spectacular views. Everything we could have asked for. My only wish was for a BBQ but we did just fine without. I would absolutely stay here again and again.

Perfect Views

Everything was as we hoped. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out. The views were spectacular. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. Carlene was easily accessible to answer questions and offer assistance.

Jones Family surf trip

Best Family Vacation Ever !!!

Everything advertised in the pictures was accurate but stunning in person. The condo owner, Carlene, was very supportive. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do - Visit Flora Farms, drive down the coast to Cabo for a harbor tour and shopping, snorkeling at world famous Cabo Pulmo, surfing at Zippers and great food nearby - including a home-cooked meal by Maria and Jesus. Definitely a return destination. Thanks Carlene for a great trip.

As advertised

The unit is exactly as advertised. Beautiful view off balcony and from living area in unit. Pool area was busy, but quiet. I read previous reviews about road noise, which is mostly drowned out by waves crashing, so it’s a non issue. Carlene is very responsive to any inquiries.

No Kids in the Hot Tub or Else!

Great location right on a surf break. Kids took surf lessons almost everyday. Condo is beautiful, perhaps could use a little interior love in the kitchen. Didn’t have a water filtration system, which was fine for us because our kids were old enough to remember to not use tap water, but would have been nice to know in advance. Probably biggest downside was the strict condo rules about the pool and hot tub. No kids under 13 (not sure who picked that age) in hot tub EVEN when with their own parents and not another sole to be found. The grounds keeper was a real a-hole about it, going as far as to post a warning on our front door and contact the homeowner. Seemed super weird. Maybe they just need younger tenants on their homeowners board.

Thank you so much for your comments Heidi! We will do an Inventory and see what we add to the kitchen! The water is filtered however I do recommend drinking bottled water in Mexico. I am sorry the grounds keeper was not kind. They do follow the American Pediatric Board recommendations per use of hot tubs over 100 degrees which is 13 years old to ensure safety of the children. Most of the complex’s in the area have the same guidelines. I have passed on your comments to the HOA of the complex! Happy you enjoyed the San José surf Break! Hope to see you again!

Wonderful, just wonderful

Rare find when everything comes together like this ideal location overlooking surfers beach. Family voted it 5-stars across the board: location, access, large living space with ocean views, large patio, check-in, communication, independent owner (who cares), restaurants near by, surf shops with rentals and lessons. Already reached out about re-booking next year!!!

Perfect for Our Family

We stayed a full week and had an amazing time. Check in could have been a little smoother, but once there we had a thoughtful welcome with fresh pico, guacamole, water and beer in the fridge - perfect for our travel weary crew! Unit was VERY clean and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for bath and beach/pool. We hope to go back!
