The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with three floors, with two apartments per floor. The apartment includes a large entrance hall, 2 bedrooms fernées with two double beds, one in 140 and one in 160 cm, a separate toilet, a bathroom with bath tub / shower, a large living room with 2 sofa beds 2 seats each with 2 large windows overlooking the Old Port and Notre Dame de la Garde, multimedia area with stereo, dishwasher fi, lcd television 117 cm, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining terrace overlooking Old Port and Notre Dame de la Garde. The apartment is well insulated from the cold and noise in a very quiet and very well located.

Amazing short stay in Marseille

We stayed here for only a couple of nights, but the apartment was large and spacious with a great view. It’s also conveniently located in Marseille. The host was very nice and accommodating.

Best friends 50th anniversary

Our stay in Marseille was absolutely perfect. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the host were lovely. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Marseille Old Port

The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Port area with easy access to public transportation. It was a good base for exploring Marseille. Bring a car is not recommended as parking is limited and very competitive.

Perfect location for staying in Marseille!

Overall, the property was better than expected. It is a modern, large apartment with an incredible view of the area. Located very near most of the biggest attractions in Marseille. We weren’t sure about the area as we walked up to the location initially, but were very happy when we got into the apartment and began exploring. The Maurin’s are gracious hosts with a wonderful property. Highly recommended!

Good Apartment well Located!

We are a family of 5 with teenagers and we enjoyed staying in this large apartment situated on the first floor of a good building. Very good location close to the old port and the MUCEM. There is a beautiful view from the balcony to the cathedral Notre Dame de la Garde. There are restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries close by. There is everything needed if you want to cook, wash your clothes, and beds are comfortable. There is parking in the street if you have a car. We did not have trouble finding a spot either during the week or weekend. Despite the heat in Marseille during our stay, we enjoyed very much staying in this apartment with enough fans for every room. Ms. and Mr. Maurin were very helpful and gave us some recommendations. Marseille mit Freunden

Wir haben die Tage in Marseille sehr genossen, die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den alten Hafen und die Bonne mère, magnifique. Das Apparment ist grosszügig, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, im Haus ist es sehr ruhig.Das Panier- Viertel, das Fort St. Jean und auch der alte Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestellen. Der Checkin fand, obwohl wir erst um 22.45Uhr angreist sind, unkompliziert und herzlich durch den Vermieter persönlich statt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
