"Suite nell' Anfiteatro Romano" is a cozy, comfortable and modern apartment in the historical center of Lucca, where you can spend many relaxing moments! It is on the 3th floor of a caracteristic historical building inside the Roman amphitheater.

The apartment, of 60 square meters, can accommodate 2 people and is great for families, children, seniors, friends, people on business and for couples of all ages, who want to spend a beautiful holiday in our city! It is tastefully decorated with functional furniture, which create a fascinating and warm atmosphere that blends perfectly with the typical structure of the apartment in ceiling beams and rafters and terracotta floors!

The apartment is spacious, clean and atmospheric and well-positioned for easy access to the sites and delights of Lucca which is small enough to get around easily on foot (despite the heat!) Overlooking the Anfiteatro which is ringed with restaurants, it may not be ideal for early and light sleepers but after about 11pm it quietens down and we had no trouble sleeping. There were a few minor issues when we arrived involving plug adapters (the lack of) and a downstairs lock issue (top tip, pull the downstairs door towards you when you unlock!) but these were quickly dealt with by Tania and her crew. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, happy to recommend both Lucca and the apartment.

Had a lovely time in Lucca. The apartment is ver centrally located but not noisy at all. Perfect location.

Best location on the Anfiteatro. Windows open on both sides provide fabulous breeze. Washer and dryer are a huge plus. Great bathrooms, nice bed. Can get a bit noisy late night weekends on the piazza.

Perfect location

Your beautiful apartment is better than we imagined. Even though the pictures online show off your apartment accurately, My jaw dropped when we saw the views of the plaza. The location is perfect! Thank you for sharing it with us. We loved our time in Lucca.

Old World Charm in the Heart of Lucca

Our stay at this charming apartment in Lucca was extraordinary. The location is unbeatable, overlooking the iconic Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, with its historic atmosphere right at your doorstep. Waking up to these views made us feel as if we had stepped back in time, yet the apartment offered all of the modern conveniences we could ask for. We enjoyed wandering the narrow streets & walking the famous city walls. This apartment is a perfect choice for a memorable experience in Lucca.

Location, location, location

Wonderful property overlooking Anfiteatro from the bedroom. A little upgrading required. The sofa needs replacement and additional storage space needed. Suggest addition of a chest of drawers in the bedroom.

First the positive: the location could not be better. You really are in the heart of the historic district. We appreciated the coffee pods, biscuits and cold water upon our arrival. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have two bathrooms. It also comes with a clothes washer, even though we did not use it I’m sure that would be a positive for some. The windows being on opposite ends of the apartment allowed for a nice airflow when both windows were open, which was important because the air conditioner is only in the master bedroom and does not cool the entire apartment. We had some great food in Lucca just steps from the apartment. The negative: The couch - this couch, which I saw had been mentioned in previous reviews, is not functional at all. The couch really needs to be replaced and should’ve been years ago. General seating in this apartment is challenging. The table has four plastic chairs that are not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. As a heads up: The stairs leading up to this third floor apartment are challenging and very steep.

Nel cuore di Lucca

Appartamento che non potrebbe essere piu' centrale. Qualsiasi cosa serva (lavatrice, aspirapolvere, pentole, etc.), aprite ante e cassetti e lo troverete. Piatti. bicchieri, scodelle, etc. tutto in ottime condizioni. Aria condizionata e ventilatori funzionali. Cortesia del personale. Negozi ovunque attorno. Non che si possa "migliorare", ma bisogna sapere che le scale sono molto ripide.
