Converted Breton stone barn and heated pool in lovely setting

A delightful holiday home, La Grange de Fleurs is set in private grounds within the Cotes D'Armor region of Brittany. Enjoying a very peaceful setting in the countryside. Only 4.5 km from the pleasant town of Bourbriac and 11 km from the larger medieval town of Guingamp with its shops, restaurants and points of interest. The location and facilities make it ideal for chilling out or for activities like walking, cycling and touring.
Adventure further afield by car or motorcycle and enjoy the beautiful beaches of the famous Pink Granite Coast, the many charming and idylic fishing towns and villages, such as Cancale and Paimpol. Take time to explore Brittany's lovely countryside and many historical and cultural attractions.

The cottage, which has been converted from a traditional granite Breton barn offers comfortable accommodation. Consisting of a good sized lounge with wood burner, a well equipped kitchen with a table seating up to 8 people. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two with double bed and two with two single beds sleeping a total of 8 persons. There are two shower rooms each with shower, wash basin and wc.
Outside:
There is a private garden to the rear of the cottage equipped with furniture and a large gas barbeque, perfect for dining al fresco. This area is secure for dogs.
To the front there is a large courtyard area, offering plenty of parking. Across the courtyard is the owners house.
Take a short stroll into the main gardens and you have a heated in ground pool and hot tub for your private use. The pool area is fenced as per safety regulations. The gardens offer plenty of space in which to relax or enjoy outdoor games. Please note the Pool and Hot tub are available 5th JUNE to 10th SEPTEMBER

La Grange de Fleurs is available for guests to enjoy all year round. Please note the pool is available from the. Discounts are offered for reduced occupancy October to April, please ask for a quote and maybe enjoy a long or short break. How about Christmas away from all the stress? La Grange de Fleurs can be made available for your Christmas and or New year break. Please enquire for details.

The gite was lovely, lots of attention to small details and everything we needed was provided. Great little garden with BBQ and seating was peaceful but the pool was incredible! A little sanctuary….a slice of heaven in nature that was the perfect private place to unwind and enjoy family time. Paul and Elaine were the most wonderful hosts. They were nothing but welcoming, friendly and invisibly visible whenever we needed them. We would go back in a heartbeat

Perfect for families! A beautiful, relaxing retreat.This gîte was the ideal spot for our family of five. Paul and Elaine are wonderful, welcoming hosts who greeted us with lovely small welcome gifts. They live on-site and are always ready to help with anything you need, but give you complete space to enjoy your holiday.The kids absolutely loved the fantastic pool area, which has great early afternoon shade to escape the heat. The gîte itself was clean and well-stocked with board games for family time. We spent our evenings cooking on the BBQ in the lovely little garden and enjoying some amazing stargazing. It is also in a great spot - a short drive to a small shop in Bourbriac and bigger stores/fast EV chargers in nearby Guingamp. Five stars all around!

Paul and Elaine are wonderful hostst with an typical Breton place, comfortabel and private, and last but not krast a luxurious pool! Including jacuzzi outsider! Great stay!

Amazing stay

We loved every minute of our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very clean and perfect temperatures. The Gite was very comfortable and the bbq was brilliant to cook on. Paul and Elaine were fantastic owners with lots of tips about the local area. Would 100% recommend.

Very nice stay

This was a top holiday. The first impression was the friendly welcome of Paul and Elaine and the very clean and tidy well cared house. The French style house is nice cool downstairs with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are very good. Trips to the coast are on acceptable distance with very nice villages and fantastic places to visit. Good beds and we enjoyed the BBQ on the rear terrace. But most of all: Thanks Paul and Elaine for your friendly care and making us feel so welcome.

Très bon séjour

Elaine et Paul sont très accueillants et disponibles si besoin. 2 couples et 4 ados, nous avons chacun trouvé nos espaces dans cette maison agréable (pièces de vie un peu sombres mais qui doivent garder la fraicheur l'été - extérieurs charmants). Nous avons très bien dormi (environnement très calme et literie confortable). Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine, et du jacuzzi qui devaient être fermés à cette date, excellente surprise pour eux. La région est très belle, à découvrir.

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Paul et Elaine , malgré le faite que nous n ayons pas pu disposer de la piscine tout à été mis en.oeuvre pour que les petits et les grands s' amusent . Nous espérons revenir sur une période plus longue et qui sait peut être avec la piscine .. en tout cas rien à redire vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermé !!!!

Perfect

Property was clean and just as discribbed. Ouside garden space lovely and user friendly. Paul and Elaine were very friendly and helpfull, even bailed us out with milk and bread when we did not know about a randon French holiday and the shops were closed. Pool (Heated) and hot tub was a big hit with all and we had a graet time, thanks again Paul. All in all a lovely holiday, even though the weather did not play ball all the time.

Escape from it all, with beautiful private pool, hot tub and clean, comfy beds

As a family with 2 young boys(6yrs & 10yrs) our criteria for a relaxing holiday means balancing getting away from it all with the location easily accessible from uk - we didn’t want to spend half the hols getting there! Our hosts Elaine & Paul and gorgeous Watson the dog were just lovely and the perfect amount of friendly! We really will miss them and will definitely be back to holiday sometime soon. Our sole use of the beautiful heated pool(essential as Brittany weather is similar to uk) was made all the better as Paul religiously cleaned it ready for us every morning...the sleepy little Breton village of Bourbriac is an easy 3hr car trip from the Caen ferry. We were relaxed and in holiday mode the second we were welcomed by our hosts. The gite is like traditional French farmhouse, with flowers and trees in abundance.. all the accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfortable..we enjoyed barbecues for dinner and lovely to not have to washup (unusually for a gite rental there is a dishwasher)..all in all we had a gorgeous holiday with amazing weather and hosts to boot!! Thank you for having us Elaine & Paul x
