Cozy lil' Cottage is nestled in rolling hills and peaceful pines

Now with WiFi! Located 2 miles east of Webster, the land is along the Yellow River, in the heart of Burnett County. It is pine barren country. The secluded and fenced in private property provides tranquility for a peaceful retreat. The one bedroom cottage includes a fireplace, sunroom, full kitchen, one shower/bathroom, and laundry. Relax inside watching the wandering wildlife or get out and explore the land and water. There are trails, benches, boardwalks that lead to the boat house and two docks, camping site, and fire pits.
I can welcome hypoallergenic dogs. Please contact me to chat about breed, size and fee.
Fall is absolutely gorgeous here! During the winter you can enjoy sledding, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing on the property, or jump on one of the many neighboring snowmobile trails. In the summer you can enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, and hiking the trails. The cottage is perfect for a quiet getaway for couples, friends' weekends, and young families. I look forward to your stay!

We loved our 4 night stay in the cottage! A beautiful, quiet property. Very cozy, very clean, and organized. We loved the sitting room in the morning while chatting and sipping our coffee. We enjoyed 2 bonfires, the gas fireplace, the beautiful colors while sitting by the river and walking the property. Danbury was close for our ATV day adventure. Webster is a cute town and recommend the Fusion Restaurant. Cheryl was great to work with and we will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our stay at the Cozy Cabin. It was the perfect option for our stay while visiting family for the 4th of July. The cabin was well appointed and met all of our needs during our stay. Check-in was easy and we would definitely recommend if you are staying in the Webster area.

Very quiet and clean. Nice furnishings and adequate kitchen utensils. Shed to store our bikes was nice. Covered outside porch was comfortable. Short walk to river was amazing. Cheryl was very accommodating and open to feedback. Hot water wasn’t the best but Cheryl is diligently working on it. Great respite; we slept peacefully!

Lovely cozy clean place. We enjoyed our peacful stay. The host is very pleasant. Sitting on the benches-dock was peacsful. Highly recommend.

Great Place

Better than we even expected for a small winter getaway! We loved the coffee nook in the morning and spent most the time by the gas fireplace. It's a very cozy, clean, and simple cabin.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

In 2015 I stayed in the cozy cottage as a guest and loved it. When I learned that the owners had to sell, I jumped at the chance to be steward to this lovely place. It has a restorative vibe to it that is gentle and supportive. The air is clean and the solitude is sublime. Currently, I live offsite but plan to move to the main house when I retire.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The property lies along the Yellow River. It is a good place to catch small mouthed bass, walleye, and northern. The water is clear and has a good stream flow. The secluded private property is a retreat complete with benches, bird houses, trails, boardwalks, two docks, a boathouse, campsite, and fire-pits. Wildlife are a daily sight!
