Beautiful house with a lovely spacious terrace and an amazing sea view. Convenient location just a short walk to the beach. Lots of thoughtful/helpful amenities and the hosts were very attentive.

Everything was perfect from the get go, communication was on point from day one, Sofia is the best. The house was more beautiful than the pictures showed. We had everything we could possibly need.

The house was beautiful and the views spectacular. But what really made the trip was the incredible responsiveness of the host. They provided recommendations and introductions for all the activities we wanted. This was everything from boat charters to private chef. Each of the groups they recommended delivered excellent value. The host checked in a couple times during the stay to ensure everything was working for us. It was an extraordinary experience.

This property is AMAZING! It has everything you can think of and more. We had a group of 8 adults and 1 child and it was the perfect location and home for a relaxing vacation. The layout of the home and the space was amazing. We loved staying in and relaxing and the small downtownish area was also great for hanging out with a family. We highly recommend this place. The host and staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make our stay amazing and carefree. We cannot overstate how amazing this home is. Its a must stay!

Praia Grande Beautiful stay

The house was great, beautiful, clean, spacious band with amazing views. Both the owner and property manager were extremely responsive and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the property

Lovely home with stunning views of the Atlantic - not as much to enjoy that is walking distance. Most of the best spots are a 5-25min drive from the property

Amazing stay in Colares

Sofia’s home is absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The views are incredible and the heated pool was an absolute bonus. It’s a short walk to the beach, to town and to a number of different restaurants in varying price ranges. The house was clean and the house manager was fantastic and a great resource. We will definitely be back!

Incredible beach week

Great house and pool ( heated!) The view was fabulous. The little beach town had great waves for surfing and enough restaurants to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Nice location to launch to Sinatra and other sites. Spectacular host and property manager - will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa with amazing views. Great location, the beach and local shop only a 5-10 walk away. Only negative, there was no direct access to the pool from the back of the house and patio area, only access is via the front door. Overall, a wonderful family holiday villa.

Almost faultless in every way.Pool HP needs replacing, some new pillows and a new bread knife were the only minor points.Ketan was always there when you wanted and very helpful.Local beaches and restaurants were top notch.Sintra is magic!

The house was beautiful! Very clean and spacious. Beautiful view. Great amenities. After a long trip it was so nice to have coffee and snacks waiting for us. Very walkable. Big table for our family to eat and play games. Host was very responsive when communicating and Ketan was great with check in. PoolWas awesome!

Comfortable, clean pool house

This was a clean, comfortable house. Check-in and out were seamless and host had a nice selection of foods waiting when we arrived, which was so nice! House was super comfortable - kitchen well appointed and couches super comfy. Pool was nicely heated, which was key because weather was pretty terrible for the first half of our stay. Only issue we had was that we picked this house because of its proximity to the beach. But, the house is a 20 minute walk (at least) to the nearest beach.

Wonderful Stay at PG Beach House!

We had an amazing stay at PG Beach House! The location is perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful Praia Grande beach. The house is spotless and stylish, with stunning ocean views from the living room and deck. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms made us feel right at home. The hosts were fantastic—responsive and welcoming, with great tips for local attractions. We loved the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and beach gear. High-speed Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer were big pluses. Overall, PG Beach House is a gem! Perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way

The photos don’t quite do it justice although they give a fairly good feel of what to expect. Very spacious and well equipped, super comfortable, and perfect for our family (7 adults and a baby). The pool was great as it has a shallow area along the whole length, and there was just so much outside space for everyone to relax and enjoy the break. Sofia was a wonderful host, very responsive, and Ketan the house manager was also great to deal with. Some beach towels and soap that were missing on arrival were very quickly brought to us by Sofia. The bbq area was great and the views of the ocean were just magnificent.
