This place was ideal for a couple interested in a quiet, relaxing vacation. We walked or road bikes to the beach, restaurants, and all the other sites. This apartment offered everything we needed and more, including suggestions for the best restaurants. Even though we were close to everything, the apartment building was extremely quiet. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for breakfast. In the evenings, we'd watch the sunset at the beach or walk to the beach after dinner. The Levanto people were warm and gracious.

Great Value

Perfect location as a base to visit Cinque Terre. 10 minute walk from the Levantp train station. Spent 3 nights here; great rate. Rina was a pleasure to work with. Spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Only drawbacks were French-only TV channels, Wi-Fi dropping frequently, and the shower seems to be designed for a sitting person. Overall, a great value.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment is not large but has a balcony which provides good light, it was perfect for the two of us. The apartment is very close to town, 5 minutes walking, also close to the train station but Stefan did give us a ride on our departure as it would be more difficult walking with luggage. The bikes provided were greatly appreciated and were an added bonus. Our hosts Stefan and his mother were super welcoming. We made a quick trip to Monterosso and turned around and went right back to Levanto, we enjoyed it so much more due to it being less crowded. Levanto is the place to stay and we would highly recommend Stefan’s rental as well.

Wir verbrachten eine wundervolle Woche in Levanto. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt und perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge, Wanderung, oder Strandurlaub. Rina ist eine sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Loved it!

Amazing location, great amount of space. 10 min walk from train station. 3 min to the beach 3 min to downtown, 3 min to hiking trails. A great place to get away from the crowds at cinque terra, but so accessible to it as well. The hosts were so kind and accommodating! They gave us a lift to the train station with our big bags. We really enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again!

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passons 3j à Levanto aux portes des cinques terres. L'appartement est idéalement placé et correspond pleinement à l'annonce. La vue du balcon est très sympa et la propriétaire très agréable.

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre

Appartement proche de la gare et des commerces et à seulement 2h30 du premier village des Cinque Terre par le sentier du littoral. La propriétaire parle un peu français et habite en face donc très pratique si besoin. Possibilité de garer un véhicule le temps du séjour : tout se fait à pied ! Bons restaurants et bars sympathiques : très bon marché en plus ! Appartement équipé avec juste ce qu'il faut (manque peut être un grill pain et une théière pour les non buveur de café) idéal pour 4 personnes

Sehr ordentlich und alles gut in Schuss

Frau Rina und Herr Stefano waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar zwei alte Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir im Ort und bis nach Framura fahren konnten. Es gab einen Grundvorrat an Öl, Essig, Salz, Klopapier etc., was vor allen Dingen hilfreich ist, wenn man - wie wir - mit der Bahn anreist. Vielen Dank nochmal, ich hoffe wir sehen uns nochmal wieder!

Signora Rina e figlio gentilissimi. Appartamento spazioso, pulito, fornito di tutto l'indispensabile. Posizione ottima sia per il centro che per la spiaggia. Dotato di lettino per bambini e lavatrice. Consigliatissimo

Solid apartment with very good location

Location: 5/5 stars. Walking distance to beach, super markets, restaurants and train station to Cinque Terre Equipment: 2/5 stars. The furniture is relatively old but functional. The beds could be harder. There is everything you need. The bad has been renovated. The shower could be bigger, but is ok. There is an elevator but a few steps have to be taken after the entrance. Cleanliness: 5/5 everything clean Other: 4/5, there is a parking space included with a parking ticket directly in front of the house, in the basement there is a locked room for bikes, a lady bike is available for free Host: 5/5 Stefano (Rina's son) is very friendly and helpful. Arrival time was flexible. Communication via phone and WhatsApp worked great Price/value: For the quality of the apartment and considering the short distance to Cinque Terre, the price is ok

Un très bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé, nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits en avril 2019 en famille.L'appartement est spacieux , propre, et bien équipé (lave-linge). Nos deux ados dormaient chacun dans un lit dans le salon.La propriétaire Rina est très disponible.Nous avions une place de parking dans la rue plutôt calme (voie sans issue), à 7 minutes à pied de la gare et à quelques minutes de la plage.L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé mais les voisins étaient silencieux. C'était idéal pour visiter les cinq terres.

Siamo stati benissimo!!

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti da Rina e Stefano e non potevano stare meglio di così!!! La casa é molto accogliente vicinissima a tutto, Levanto e una cittadina piacevolissima, i proprietari gentili e disponibili!!! Speriamo di tornare presto!!!

Appartement agréable, meublé dans un style ancien. Il est calme, bénéficiant une vue sur les collines de Levanto. Idéal pour sillonner les Cinques Terres. Rina et Stefano sont très accueillants et prennent le temps de donner de bons conseils.

Belle petite ville tranquille loin de l’agitation mais avec accès facile aux Cinque Terre. Belle accueil de l’hote, très disponible. Douche/bain très petite et à faire attention. Édifice peu insonorisé.

situation idéale pour les Cinq Terre

Très bon accueil de Rina et son fils. Appartement propre et spacieux pour 2,situé près de la plage, de la gare, du centre, idéal sans voiture. Ils donnent de bons conseils pour que le séjour se passe bien. C'est vraiment Levanto qu'il faut choisir en location pour visiter dans les Cinq Terre. CIAO RINA

Old and charming, well located. Lovely helpful host.

We enjoyed our stay in Rina's apartment. It is very roomy and comfortable, and a very short walk to town, station, and restaurants, and the seafront. Rina is a very nice and thoughtful host.
