Mini Reunion

The house was perfect for our needs. Great for a large group, plenty of room for everyone and more than enough beds/bathrooms. The backyard patio/pool area is especially nice. Lots of parking space and a convenient ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again if we have another get-together in Vegas.

Short vegas trip

Check in was super easy. The house is large to hold a lot of people. It's a maze of rooms. Close to everything, lyft rides were not bad. 9 Needs a few updates but overall good house for Vegas.

Amazing stay close to the strip!

We stayed here with a party of 14. The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for people to have their own bed. The host of the property is an excellent communicator and is very swift to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If we ever find ourselves in the area, this will definitely be our go to location to stay at!

Terrific weekend with the guys

A group of us in our 50s and 60s got together to watch basketball and bet on games and cook dinners. We could not have found a more perfect location. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot

This was a great spot for our group of 5 couples - close to the strip when we wanted to be there, far enough away when we didn't. We really enjoyed our time there and Paul was a great host.

Fantastic property management was a 10 experience the house was very nice and many house hold items to use. All the young adults loved the 🔥 hot tub. Highly recommend to rent.

Family reunion

We flew on from all over the country and spent a few days here. We found the house clean and neat but also inviting and cool. We enjoyed the art thought the house and like that the owner is the artist responsible for most of the art, we enjoyed his personal your. We have stayed in other VRBO homes here, but this home had the best highway and south strip access that we have seen. On a Friday night at 6pm, it took 11 minutes from this house to the aria for our dinner reservations. We also cooked several nights and the kitchen was very nice, well eguipped and fully functional. We also loved the yard with fully mature trees that provided shade and the pool was perfect. We couldn't be happier, thanks Paul, your house is beautiful.

Girls Trip Family & Friends

It was 13 in our group and it was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and if we ever had a group this large again we would definitely consider this property. There were a couple of hiccups we ran into but communication with the owner straightened those items out. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location & perfect for our needs

We had a great time here. Pictures were accurate and our host was there for any of our needs. Close enough to the strip as well as shopping needs. Would surely stay again if I travel to Vegas with a group like this again.

The home worked great for our group. The pool and proximity to everything made the trip very enjoyable. The owner Paul was great to work with and very helpful with suggestions on local entertainment and dining options. We will definitely book again for future stays

Great spot for family gathering

This place has lots of room to sleep my entire extended family. The pool was great for the 115F heat. I would rent again!!

Beautiful property in a nice and great location,10-15 minutes from everything you need airport, shopping center,las Vegas strip food and essential stores. The home owner Paul was a great host who greets you upon arrival and makes you feel at home. definitely recommend it to stay and have the best vacation home rentals experience.

Beautiful Home!!

My family and I had a great stay. Paul the owner is easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The pool is not heated however the hot tub was perfect for the weather. We will definitely rebook this beauty when we return to Vegas. Thank you for everything Paul.

Ideal LV getaway spot for families and groups

Home is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and living spaces to allow everyone to find a place to relax; exterior is landscaped and well maintained. Convenient and easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy, Red Rock Canyon hikes, the airport, and the strip. Bonus room with plenty of space for groups to gather and play games, share meals and hang out. Kitchen worked very well for preparing meals for our group and the extra large fridge and freezer were great for stocking up when we arrived. The pool isn't heated but would work nicely to cool off when summertime temps are super high. Plenty of private parking, and home is located on quiet streets without much traffic or noise.
