Beautiful apartment in a nice location with everything you need nearby, market, restaurants and a moderate but enjoyable walk into the centre of the city. We had a great stay in the city and Massimo was a great host.

Bellissimo

Beautiful apartment and absolutely charming and helpful host. It was blazing hot while we visited Florence and the apartment was such a comfortable stay to finish off the day. A wonderfully decorated and artful space to rest, relax and unwind.

This well appointed apartment has everything that you could possibly need for either a short stay or like us a stay of over two months. It is centrally located and is exactly as described. Massimo couldn’t be any more delightful and it was a pleasure staying in his condo. Part of the reason that we had such a lovely time is because of this condo.

Lovely stay..

My husband and I enjoyed our stay.. It was close to the city center - about 1mile away, we love walking, and it was nice to stay in a local neighborhood but close enough to great shops and restaurants and all the sites in Florence. Our host was lovely, he was very helpful friendly - we were able to park our rental car in secured parking garage a well. The apartment was a very clean with a nice balcony ;)

Wonderful accommodations

Staying at Massimo’s apartment really contributed to our enjoyment of Florence. It is a short walk to the center of the city, away from the bustling crowds. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with interesting books and art; so very Florentine. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Massimo is a wealth of helpful information about where to go and what to do in Florence He is a helpful and gracious host.

Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment

We spent a week in this apartment - and would happily have stayed longer. It is beautifully furnished with a balcony and blind - perfect for sitting out in the evening sunshine. Massimo was a perfect host - he met us on arrival, check in was simple, everything was clean. It is a short walk of around 20 minutes to the very centre of town/Duomo. We would stay again if we return to Florence. Richard and Angela

modern Florence

Florence experienced very high temp. up to 40 C. and that meant a long walk in heat to the tram. going to the train station and the old Florence. You have to walk in Florence. The apartment was nice, well decorated and comfortable. It served our purpose well and there was a supermarket near by. but not much else.

Living in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence and owe that in large parts to Massimo and his beautiful apartment. Massimo always responded quickly to any questions we had in advance and even understanding as our flight to Florence was cancelled and we spontaneously arrived a day late. He picked us up from the Tram station and accompanied us to the apartment, already telling us a lot of useful information about Florence on the way. The apartment itself is very nicely furnished and leaves nobody's wishes unfulfilled. The city center is easily reachable on foot and different supermarkets are available in close proximity as well. It is the perfect place to get to know Florence and to really feel like living in the city. We highly recommend Massimo's apartment. Thank you, Massimo and best wishes!

Conveniently located in a luxury building with garage parking and roomy elevator

Florence was our second stop on a 3 week trip to Italy. We stayed here for 6 nights from Sept. 15 - 20. Massimo was very welcoming and gave us some good restaurant recommendations and directions for public transportation. And, his English is excellent! Garage parking is also available which was very important to us since we arrived by car, however, I would not recommend driving since Florence is under construction; using public transportation or walking is very easy and convenient. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Duomo but again, public transportation options are available. We used taxi’s which I found very convenient. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Florence but fairly close to the city center. Located on the 6th floor the elevator, accessible from the garage, is a necessity and roomy enough for two with luggage. Massimo’s home is quiet and nicely decorated with many nice pieces, however, it is evident he lives there at least part-time as many of his personal items were in the closet and dresser drawers. My only complaint was although it was stated bathtub/shower, the shower was a hand-held piece with no place to hang the hand-held so unless you are traveling with a companion who is happy to hold the shower head it’s a little inconvenient to shower. If you are a bath person, all is well. Air conditioning and heat are guest controlled and the washing machine is a plus. We found a laundromat near-by for drying. Everything worked well and the wifi was reliable.

Not what we thought we were getting!

This rental is NOT in Centro Storico as advertised. It is too far to walk from the train station and even a walk to Centro is at least 25 minutes. There is some bus transportation but our host knew nothing about it and simply suggested that we walk. I had had a fall at our our previous stop and had limited mobility and this was not the place we had expected. I must add that the apartment itself is lovely and is in a quiet location. So quiet that the horses pulling the carts in town stay nearby. However I was surprised to find the fridge full of food including half used food. Then I discovered that the closet held clothes that belonged to our host. The dresser drawers in the bedroom where full of his personal clothing as well. It just did not feel right to us. We had just come from a ten star VRBO in Rome that was beyond perfect. We never felt comfortable here. However our host was there for us when we had to go to the police as my husband had been pickpocketed. We had received no instructions as to what to do with the garbage ( the outdoor bins required a key which we did not have and the host never replied to my email/text ) so we had to leave it inside the apartment when we left. Another concern was the lack of places to eat ( there were only two ), to purchase a coffee and croissant in the morning, it was very far from everything. I have never given such a low review before and in all honesty the host is a lovely individual and his home is wonderful but it just was not for us. Perhaps I should have read between the lines more. I certainly questioned the lack of recent reviews and accepted his reply. It is not easy for me to be so brutally honest but I have to tell the truth. If you are a healthy long distance walker and don't mind someone else's things around you then this is the place for you.

Fantástico!!!!!

Las fotos no alcanzan para describir la propiedad ni la atención de su dueño: Mássimo. Fantástico apartamento, con todo lo necesario y más. Completo, con una excelente cochera y detalles de lujo en su mobiliario. Fácil para moverse en Firenze, con autobus a pocos metros del apartamento o la estación SMN para recorrer alrededores sin necesidad de utilizar automóvil. Destaco en especial la confianza, amabilidad y atención de Mássimo. Ha tenido en cuenta todos los detalles, hasta los más pequeños que uno pueda imaginar. Muchas gracias por habernos hecho más agradable nuestra estancia en la hermosa Firenze. No dudaría en recomendar este apartamento y espero que estas líneas orienten a otros posibles ocupantes para que puedan disfrutar el lugar como lo hicimos nosotros. Un fuerte abrazo desde Argentina para Mássimo!!!!!. No dude en comunicarse con nosotros, si vuelve a Buenos Aires. Nos agradaría volver a verlo.

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas Besonderes. Auf den Bildern denkt man es ist altmodisch eingerichtet, aber wenn man in der Wohnung ist, ist alles stimmig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt weder in der Küche, noch im Bad an etwas. Der absolute Pluspunkt ist aber der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Hier steht das Auto sicher, kühl und kostenlos. Wer die Parksituation in Florenz sieht, wird diesen Platz schätzen. Der Gastgeber Massimo ist ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Sowohl die Kommunikation vor der Reise, als auch der Check-in liefen perfekt. Er hat auch sehr gute Tipps gegeben und alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. 150m entfernt gibt es in einem Hinterhof einen kleinen Supermarkt oder rund 800m entfernt einen Lidl und einen Esselunga mit eigenen Parkplätzen. Zu Fuß in die Stad sind es bis zum Dom rund 35min. Rund 400m entfernt kann man das Restaurant " il Templari" sehr empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Florenz kommen, hoffe ich, dass diese Wohnung wieder zur Verfügung steht.

Excellent séjour chez Massimo !L'appartement se trouve à environ 600m de la station de tram la plus proche, ainsi que du centre historique de Florence.Il est très calme, nous avons passé de bonnes nuits dans un lit très confortable.Le logement est propre, confortable, accueillant, très bien équipéUne supérette se trouve à proximité, qui dépanne bien et à des prix très corrects en rapport avec les prix pratiqués en centre ville.Tout pour passer un bon séjour.La communication avec Massimo s'est très bien passée, et a été très arrangent sur notre heure d'arrivée.

Pour un séjour à Florence

Appartement parfait et bien situé pour découvrir Florence ! Et que dire du stationnement intérieur, tellement pratique ! Massimo, le propriétaire, nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et nous a donné de précieux conseils… Petit problème avec le wifi résolu rapidement. Merci Massimo !

comme chez nous !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le logement. Massimo nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse et nous a renseigné très précisément. L'appartement est très chaleureux, propre, bien décoré et équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, comme chez nous! Il est bien situé : on peut y garer la voiture, puis se déplacer à pieds (15-20 minutes pour arriver dans le centre de Florence, ou à la gare) ou bien avec les transports en commun. Le tram pour l'aereoport passe pas loin. Le grand Parc des Cascine est à 5 minutes, pour balades ou jogging. Nous avons dit à Massimo que nous reviendrons !

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Appartement¡ sehr praktischer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von der man mit dem Aufzug schnell direkt zum Appartement kommt¡ hilfsbereiter, netter Vermieter¡ 30 Minuten Fußweg ins Zentrum, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Haltestelle vom Elektrobus ins Zentrum.

Dans une ville géniale, un appartement génial

Un appartement situé à 300m de centre historique de Florence. Un appartement de luxe, tout confort, il ne manquait rien, une place de parking dans le garage de l'immeuble à coté de l'ascenseur. Et un propriétaire adorable.
