The kitchen is fully equipped, the host is very kind, and I overall loved the stay! We were a group of four, and there was enough room for us, we all loved the stay :)

Close to major tube lines and very close to a bus line. Really helped us .ale the most of our stay. Enrico is extremely welcoming and very communicative.

The communication was great from a very obliging host. The property was as it looks in the pictures, but very small as it is described. Unfortunately for my older companions the stairs were too steep. But otherwise it could be a great london base.

We enjoyed our stay in this interesting little flat. It is in a very non-touristy area but it is only a 15-minute walk (or shorter drive) to the Marylebone neighborhood, which is where you want to wander. Regents Park is an even shorter walk. If you are a serious walker, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the River Thames are within reach!The flat is only about 5 feet wide (seriously) but is much longer. The sleeping area is up a very steep and narrow staircase and has two narrow twin beds which can be arranged side-by-side or separately. We recommend separated beds because you otherwise have to crawl into bed from the head or foot because there is no space on either side. The beds are comfortable, though.Everything was clean and communication with Enrico was easy. He is very responsive (such as when we separated the beds) and helpful.The flat included a clothes washer, drying rack, iron/board, bath towels, and even a voltage adapter. Not included are shower soap, shampoo, etc. The wifi is also quite weak and we had no hand towels or washcloths. We also recommend that Enrico upgrade his bath towels, as the ones we had were quite worn out.Overall, this flat is an excellent value for London and its location is good, especially if you like to walk!Thanks, Enrico, for a great stay!

We booked this place because it was reasonably priced and we knew we would be outside in London almost every waking hour. We found it more spacious and comfortable than we expected. The unit was phenomenally efficiently set up and sparklingly clean. Enrico sent me useful information shortly after I booked and checked in with me as the date neared. When we arrived, he showed us the accommodation and gave his recommendation for local desinations and restaurants. Thankfully, we followed his advice and took full advantage of this specific location. I will consider this place next time I'm in London in need of something simple and easy.

Great location and cozy.

This is a great place to stay if you want to check out Hyde Park, Regents Park, and West London in general. We had a short stay, but Enrico and neighbors were very helpful.

Great spot with easy access to most of London.Very clean place with the necessary amenities.Best suited for one to two people who are good with the walk from the tube and the steep stairs to the bedroom.Enrico was very communicative and helpful.

Enrico is a wonderful host; communication was efficient. The flat is probably best for 1-2 people (there were 3 of us, so a bit crowded). A pleasant walk to Marylebone station.

Whirlwind trip to the UK

This property is an amazing place to stay in while in London. Three of us stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located close to a couple of tube stations making it easy to get around the sites of London. The location is quiet so you get a good rest.

The apartment is in a good position, few minutes by bus and you’re in the most important places. The host is very kind and gentle. Of course I recommend it!
