Welcome to Industrial Meadows, a custom-built home completed in 2015 and originally built by the builder for a family member. Designed as a personal residence rather than a spec home, it features thoughtful upgrades and unique design details throughout. The industrial-chic style is paired with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to stay for families or longer visits.

Living Area:
Unwind in the open living room featuring an oversized gas fireplace.
Enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Kitchen & Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen ready for all your culinary adventures.
Features custom leathered granite countertops and new appliances.
Unique built-in box-car table for dining.

Bedrooms (Sleeps 6):
Master Suite: A relaxing retreat with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private flat-screen TV.
Two Guest Bedrooms: Each offers a comfortable queen-size bed with soft microfiber sheets and plush comforters.

Bathrooms:
Supplied with plush towels and feature relaxing showerheads.
Extra blankets are provided for an even cozier stay.

Outdoor Space:
Private, fully fenced backyard.
Covered patio with a table and chairs for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Park-style charcoal grill for barbecues.

Perfect Spot

My wife and I were in town for some appointments and meetings, house was perfect. Enjoyed our stay, felt like a second home.

Great visit with family

We rented this house to be close to our family who live nearby. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and restful. We will certainly stay here again!

Short Stay

This home is amazing. I am very particular in where I stay and this home, above being beautiful, was spotless which is really important to me. It is easy to find with easy highway access and close to lots of businesses, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Quite neighborhood

The property was just as shown in the listing. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable and the neighborhood very quite. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay for my family with young children.

We loved it. Modern, comfortable, open plan. We hope to come back when we have to move out of our our home for more renovations in just a few weeks!

Take your dog with you.

We really loved the home and owners. They were very fast to answer questions and their paperwork for the home was very good at showing and telling us how things work. I really hate it when I have to fight the TV remote to watch TV but their remote description made it easy. Two car garage in Oklahoma for the March-April hail season was clean and spacious and they had two remotes, his and hers. Yes it did hail while we were staying there but we were protected. Quite neighborhood with lots of kids playing in yards which means a safe place to stay. We even tried to extend our stay but it was booked by other travelers so we had to move on. We recommend the home to you.

Beautiful home close to OKC

The house seemed brand new - and was beautifully decorated in modern style. The WiFi worked well, all the beds were very comfortable, and home was so inviting. Ten times better than a hotel!

Wonderful stay once again!!

This was our second trip to this lovely home. It is just as pictured. The yard is fenced and great for kids to run around. It is close to shopping and restraurants.There is plenty of towels, extra pillows, and blankets. Netflix is a plus. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. Definitely one of the nicest rentals in the entire OKC area. Thanks again!!

Perfect! Nice community.

Home was just as pictured. It was clean with great furnishings. It is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. The owner was prompt and helpful when we had a question. Definitely one of the nicest vacation rentals in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house great amenities

We came to the World Series for our daughters 10th birthday. We were about 15 min from the field and easy to travel to and from. The house was nice and furnished very nice. It also had good amenities. We would stay again!

Beautiful Home!

My family stayed in this home over Memorial weekend visiting my son who lives in OKC. The home itself is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for taking walks any time of the day. We visited the Boathouse District, Pops, the Arcadia Round Barn and The Oklahoma City National Memorial. We had brunch at the Hefner Grill, lunch at Mama Roja and dinner at Mahogany Prime Steakhouse. We enjoyed everything and the house was a great place to stay while visiting all the sights that Oklahoma has to offer. I made a few meals for my family and the kitchen had everything we needed, I just had to buy the ingredients. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our son in the future.

Very nice house, great location. Walking path around lake for evening exercise. House has everything you need to cook meals and sit out on the patio to enjoy. Easy internet access. I would stay here again! Very comfortable and clean.
