Chalet Grand Paradis – Spacious, Stylish, and Perfectly Located



Chalet Grand Paradis is a beautifully designed 5-bedroom ski chalet, ideal for groups of 10–12 guests. Spread across three spacious floors, it features contemporary alpine décor, a log burner for cosy evenings, and stunning mountain views from its balcony.



Nestled in a peaceful residential area on the edge of Morzine, you’ll enjoy quiet nights while still being just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. The free ski bus stops right outside the chalet, providing easy access to the slopes and lifts of the Portes du Soleil.



Comfort and Space for Everyone



Built as a family home, Chalet Grand Paradis was thoughtfully designed with comfort, quality, and flexibility in mind. The ground floor functions as a fully independent apartment, making it ideal for larger or mixed groups who’d like a bit of privacy.







  • Ground Floor Apartment: Includes a lounge, kitchenette, double bedroom, and shower room. A comfy sofa bed in the lounge can sleep two more guests, effectively making it a 6-bedroom chalet when needed.







  • First Floor: Bright and open-plan with a modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine), a large dining table, and a spacious lounge area with big sofas and a log burner. French doors open onto the balcony with spectacular views toward Pointe de Nyon – the perfect spot for an après-ski drink!







  • Second Floor: Four cozy bedrooms with a true chalet feel. Two front-facing rooms have balcony access and ensuite bathrooms. The remaining two rooms – a double and a bunk room – share a separate toilet and each have their own ensuite showers.

Nice chalet, excellant customer service

We had a brilliant holiday in Morzine. The chalet was very comfortable and Jo extremely helpful before and during the stay. Its in a good position at the end of the looped bus route so theres always a space on the bus in the morning! The bus stop is opposite. There is a lovely boulangerie very close. The walk into the town centre is around 20min. We would recommend Mangetout Morzine for meal deliveries, very very nice.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked chalet that worked for 10 friends on a ski trip. I think it would be a squeeze with 12 but good for 10. Location was fine given the free bus but did feel a little out of town for popping in and out (30 minute walk when buses not running). We were fortunate with the check in and check out flexibility and Jo was very generous giving us that time. Thank you.

Ski holiday with friends and family

The chalet was spacious, but cosy, and ideal for our mixed group of family and friends. It was a 15 minute walk into Morzine for a well stocked supermarket, but only 5 minutes from a lovely boulangerie. Away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings with lovely views from the balcony. The Morzine ski area was sadly closed during our stay, but it was easy to access Avoriaz via a short bus ride (the bus stop was just across the road) and the Supermorzine bubble. We had cars, but could have easily managed without them. The kitchen was excellently equipped for self catering for a large group. There were only eight dining chairs at the dining table with a further four at the breakfast bar. Sitting around the table together in for dinner is an important part of our holiday. We brought in some of the outdoor chairs which were perfectly comfortable. Jo was very helpful before and during the stay and we highly recommend her partner Herve for ski lessons. We would definitely consider booking again if staying in the Morzine area.

Logement propre, bien agencé. Le nombre de salles d'eau et toilettes est très appréciable quand on est en collectivité. La navette gratuite pour nous emmener au pied des pistes ou dans le centre ville est super pratique. Très bonne communication et réactivité de Joanna. Nous recommandons...

Wonderful

We had a lovely week staying at Chalet. The property is just as described on the website although depending where you are going in Morzine it may take a little longer than 20 mins to walk in. The view out of the back of the chalet is stunning and there is a great bar in Montriond from which you can see the chalet and across the valley (La Marmotte D’Or). They play live music there too but we missed that. The chalet had basic provisions (inc salt & pepper etc) which was good & coffee machine a lovely extra. Garden out the back with a fire pit type bbq & garden furniture. It was lovely to sit out in the evening and watch the moonrise. The chalet is right opposite a chapel which sounds it’s bells from 8am. Fine if you want to get up and out but not so good if you want a lie in! The road can be a bit noisy too. The property manager was really helpful although we couldn’t get the speaker system to work which meant we couldn’t listen to music, but if there were some instructions it would be good. The reduced rate multi pass was a nice surprise which we used a lot. Oh also if you’re looking for a gym with weights, there is Morzine Gym and which you can use for a weekly fee. A great trip - Morzine is so beautiful in the summer.

Birthday in Morzine

We rented this property to celebrate my birthday with my friends. The location was amazing, and so was the house, with a lot of space and incredibles beds. The fact that there is one bathroom per room is also clearly a good point. The host was very nice and answered quickly to my questions. For sure we will keep this address in mind if we come back in the région.

Great stay

Really lovely chalet great position ten min walk straight into morzine or bus stop right outside. Property really well equipped. Great guidebook from Jo the host so much useful information all you need and great recommendations for restaurants they were all excellent. Jo met us and really helpful. Highly recommend

Very nice chalet and very helpful host

All very positive. The only downside is the lack of buses and taxis into and from Morzine. Clearly not a fault of the chalet or hosts but the walk becomes tiring after a few times!

I am delighted that you had a great stay at Chalet Grand Paradis. The buses run into town every 15 minutes until 7.30pm. As for taxis, they are available but you need to book them well in advance, especially on weekends, as they are often busy with airport transfers.

Perfectly well equipped chalet with enough space

We enjoyed a skiing holiday with 2 families. Chalet is very wel equipped. Enough bathrooms and space around the dinertable. House is near the busstation which is handy if you want to go skiing without parking hassles. Walking is no option (+20 minutes from nearest lift). Location is only minor point.

Prachtig chalet

2 weken verbleven in dit mooie chalet. Inrichting en uitrusting perfect en zeer volledig. Ook de afhandeling, ontvangst helemaal goed. Jo is altijd bereikbaar en een zeer goede host! Houd rekening met de kerk aan de overkant die je om 8uur smorgens wakker maakt.

Well equipped house for a cosy, home-cooking stay

We've stayed in this house several times and every time we are so pleased with the well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches, fauteuils and nice bedrooms. The balcony makes it a more spacious place to be, especially when the sun is shining. The bakery is just across the street so you can have fresh bread every morning.

Excellent stay in very comfortable chalet in Morzine.

Chalet had a nice atmosphere and was very spacious. It was very well equipped for cooking and bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable mattresses. Only comment is that it was quite a long walk into the town in the evening as the buses stopped around 7.30pm. The closest supermarket was also a good 20 min walk. During the day however the bus stop was just outside the chalet.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Kinderstühle und -betten wurden auf Anfrage kostenlos bereitgestellt. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, die Bäder etwas klein.

Très bon séjour

Chalet très confortable et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié le grand espace cuisine, salle à manger avec séjour et son poele. Chalet en bord de route, certaines nuisances sonores. Dommage qu'il n'y presque pas de chaines TV françaises.

Lovely chalet

No troubles at all. While the bus service in to town and the ski lifts is short and frequent. The last bus home is 7.30pm which is not much use for evenings out. Lovely boulangerie for fresh bread and croissant very nearby and open very early too. The kitchen/dining/sitting room area is lovely with wood burning stove we lit for New Years Eve.

Very well equipped. Ski bus just outside. About 20 min walk from Super Morzine lift/Town centre. Great bakery 5 mins walk away. Lovely comfortable seating area and big dining table. Plenty of showers & loos. Jo our contact for the Chalet booking was extremely helpful. I can’t remember staying in better ski holiday accommodation.

Wat een heerlijk en mooi huis!

Wij hebben met 12 personen een super week gehad in dit huis. Een fijne ontvangst door Jo! Het huis is schoon, grote keuken, heerlijke zithoek met gezellige haard. Heerlijke douches en bedden. Kortom top! De ski bushalte is tegenover het huis en binnen 5 minuten ben je bij de skiliften. Op loopafstand een bakker om iedere ochtend verse broodjes te halen. Voor vragen is Jo makkelijk en snel te bereiken. Jo, bedankt voor je gastvrijheid!

Perfect location. Great chalet. Fantastic views

Ideally located in between Montriond and it's beautiful lake and Morzine. Walking / cycling distance to everything. Chalet was very well equipped, presented to a high standard and extremely comfortable. We were very well looked after by Jo and look forward to our next visit to Morzine!

Great stay in Chalet Grand Paradis

We had a very comfortable stay in the Chalet Grand Paradis. Great location for being able to easily get 6 children out to shuttle bus with no moaning about a long walk either before or after a long days skiing and plenty of space within the chalet for the 10 of us. Excellent friendly service from Jo who was able to tell us everything we needed to know and available if needed. Would definitely return.

Jo Miller was Very helpful during our stay , especially concerning the sophisticated appliances ! Very nice and agréable living space , bathroom facilities very good . Extremely well appointed kitchen , quite easy to cook and have guests over . Separate studio very conveniant . Well located not far from town and next to a bus stop . Nice enclosed garden and conveniant parking for 3-4 cars . Loved our stay !!

Excellent, well furnished and presented chalet

A fantastic spacious chalet that comfortably accommodated our three families. Very warm, lots of quality furniture and equipment that met all of our needs. A good location and an easy bus ride into the town or a 15-20 min walk away. We all had a great stay in the chalet and plenty of time to enjoy the snowboarding, eating out and local facilities!! 😃

It is run by Jo Miller, who has lived in the area for 20 years, and assisted by her partner, Hervé Gaillard, who was born and bred in the area. Between them they have a wealth of local knowledge & an enthusiasm for the area.

Jo will meet you at the chalet on your arrival, and will be on hand to assist you for the duration of your stay. All our properties are independently owned and have been selected by us based on our experience of what guests look for in a holiday home.

Our aim is to make your holiday as hassle free as possible, starting with the booking process right down to helping you organise any extra services through our network of professionals, such as ski lessons , ski hire and ski passes .
