Perfect location between rail station, S. Maria Novella, and S. Lorenzo. Clean appartment with fine parquet and furnishings. Attentive and helpful host.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this wonderful condo! The pictures showed are accurate as to what the property looks like. It was very clean and absolutely comfortable. The noise level outside is very quiet, compared to the condo we had on our last visit. We had no issues with outside noise keeping us awake. The flat also has great air conditioning, as Florence can be very hot. The here is also a Conad right next door for any groceries you may need or want. Sandy even welcomed us with some food in the refrigerator. That was a great treat to see! Highly recommend this lovely place. Our two weeks in Florence and having a great place to stay, cannot be beat! Thank you, Sandy for your attentiveness to our comfort and enjoyment while in our favorite place in Italy! We will be back!

The property is superb - extremely modern and comfortable. Ideal location for both seeing Florence itself but also taking the train to other parts of Tuscany on day visits. The host was very attentive and the provisions left in the fridge were much appreciated and enjoyed!

This apartment in Florence had everything we needed and more. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with enough food and drinks for the first day or two which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Sandy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for walking around the city to see all the major tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place!

This property is in a great location. Close to the central area and also very close to the train station which made it very easy as we traveled to other cities within Italy. The property was clean and well stocked, and they even left us some groceries. Although we didn't end up using them, it was a very nice touch. The communication with the property management was amazing.

The unit was well equipped, clean, and the location is ideal. 5 minute walk to the train station. Having a washer in the unit was a big plus for us. The host communicated with us often to make the check in easy and stress free.

The apartment was located close to everything. It was a short walk to all of the sites - only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The market is conveniently next door. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. We particularly liked the washer, the spacious fancy shower, the air conditioner, and the bed was one of the most we have ever had in a rental. Finally, we appreciated of of the nice breakfast goodies left for us in the refrigerator- it was a nice touch. I highly recommend this apartment - you will not be disappointed.

Great property, great location.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this property. Great location and close to everything. Very comfortable apartment and responsive hosts. I would definitely stay here again if back in Florence.

Interesting to say the least: clean except bathroom shower, no amenities- bars of soap, shampoo, etc… but great towels and great bed. Kitchen very cute and host was sweet as we had milk, orange juice, and coffee. Extra plus - the electricity goes on and off, mostly stays on! The living room lights would not turn off. A bit loud as you are truly in the city. Worth it? So so place - I wonder that they are new at hosting.

Great place and value!

Perfect 1 BR apartment near the train, Duomo and everything else. Fabulous restaurant Osteria del Giglio on the corner (make a reservation). Luigi, the host manager, is very responsive to texts on What’s App. We will stay here again.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment was amazing and charming. It has a lot of high end features and extras that make you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here. It is also very close to all of the sites we wanted to see.

Great location near the train station and within walking distance of everything in Central City. Wonderful accommodations, appointments and comfort from our host! Great shower , washer/dryer and access to all amenities. We highly recommend!

Excellent location

Property is exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. Love the location, near the train station and the Duomo. Market right next door and restaurants nearby. Central Marker 5 minute walk. Manager very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
