2 Bed 2 Bath Frontline Golf Townhouse that has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with a contemporary feel.
Open plan lounge/kitchen (With some new updates) with patio doors to the ground floor terrace, downstairs bathroom/shower room, and a bedroom on each floor, Master has an En-suite with bath/shower, Kingsize bed and patio door to the top terrace, second bedroom has 2 single beds, both bedroom feature double fitted wardrobes.
Lounge is equipped with 2 double sofa beds for additional sleeping accommodation.

Ground floor terrace has dining table, with upper terrace there is a corner sofa set with 2 sun loungers and additional smaller dining table and 4 chairs. From upper terrace there are spectacular views onto the 11th and 17th hole as well as one of the many lakes (great place to watch the many golfers send their balls for a swim)
Includes Wifi, Satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning as well as cooking and refrigeration facilities. Hair drier, towels etc are also provided.

Closest pool is 200M from Townhouse with a further 3 pools within 500m

Jim, was a fantastic host & his property is as described. Perfect location and amenities. It is clean and modern throughout and Jim’s communication prior to and during the stay was fantastic. The villa itself exceeded expectations and we’re already considering our return. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Really nice property very clean would very much recommend reasonable location with 10 to 15 walk to the town centre The only thing I would not necessarily give a negative but it was very hot and there was no umbrella on the top terrace so we couldn’t sit out until the evening some people may not have problem with this but for us it was

Lovely property with incredible golf and lake views. Spotlessly clean with modern furnishings. Everything you need and more for a self catering family holiday on La Torre Golf.

Jim’s townhouse is in a lovely location, close to several pools and within a 10–15 minute walk of bars and shops via the golf course. It was clean, nicely decorated and had beautiful views. There is also a well-stocked shop around a 20-minute walk away.Unfortunately, we felt the property wasn’t particularly practical for four adults and a toddler. The galley kitchen is very small, with minimal food storage and worktop space, making preparing meals for five difficult.The upstairs air conditioning initially wasn’t working, but Jim responded quickly and arranged an engineer, which we appreciated.The showers had poor water pressure and were extremely difficult to regulate, often going from very hot to freezing cold. This was particularly challenging with a toddler. We raised this but were advised it was normal for these townhouses.Only one house key was provided, which was inconvenient for four adults coming and going independently.Although chairs were available for the pool/beach, there weren’t enough comfortable sun loungers for four adults, and the pools themselves don’t provide any.There were some thoughtful extras, including umbrellas, sports equipment, cool boxes and a BBQ.Overall, the property was clean, attractive and well located, and Jim was responsive. However, the small kitchen, shower issues, single key and limited pool seating made it less practical and comfortable for a larger family than we expected.

Excellent stay at property

We had a wonderful stay at the property in la torre. The townhouse was perfect and gave us the option of having our own space or spending time with my parents who used the downstairs bedroom and toilet with us in the upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors out to the sun terrace with views of the golf course. Decor was really nice and moden throughout. Jim was good to deal with and available when we had an issue with the mains water. All in all a fantastic stay.

Our second time at Jim’s, just as good as the first. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Few minutes walk to three pool's, lovely evening stroll across golf course to bars and restaurants, our favourite the Blue collar and Sophia’s or a 20 minute drive to the strip with more restaurants and local beach. Highly recommended for relaxing holiday. Thanks Jim.

Great property and resort!

We spent the past 3 weeks staying at Jims place on La Torre Golf resort. The property was perfect and overlooked the 11th tee and the back nine across the lake. It's the perfect location between 3 of the best pools on the resort, only a few minutes walk from the resort town centre shops, beauty salon, bars, and restaurants. The property was very well equipped for everything we needed for our family stay. The Spar on site, many pools, tennis courts, restaurants, bars and of course golf facilities meant that every day was different, and kept the kids well entertained (with also managing to switch off and relax ourselves). The amazing beach, airport, and beautiful Cartagena and Murcia are only a short drive away. I look forward to coming back, and recommend Jims place to anyone. Thank you for everything!

Pristine Setting

Very comfortable property in a pristine setting. The entire complex is very clean, well maintained and attractive and the view from the upstairs terrace was exactly as pictured. The owners provide many homely extras (hair straightener, toiletries) which makes a big difference when travelling with carry on only. If we had to find fault, it was minimal - there were only 3 restaurants on the complex that were open and we tried two, both of which were good. But it just meant we either cooked or one of us drove. The Pinto bar was full of children and we actually had to wait to be served drinks while children were served but it was school holidays so perhaps to be expected. Interesting area and Cartagena is definitely worth a visit. Close to the airport and very quiet on the roads so easy to get around. Would definitely recommend.

Veronica, Thanks for the positive feedback on property and location, glad things went well. Regarding restaurants the resort is picking up however there are are also many nearby in Roldan which is walking distance (30 mins max out the school gate) or short taxi away, and somewhere we frequent regularly to eat and drink (Royal Bite, Honeys, Gateway to India, Amigos, Bugattis, Rustic Grill, Toscana to name a few we have sampled), perhaps next time :) Thanks ...Jim

Casa muy bonita, la ubicación un poco lejos de las piscinas, pero compensa las vistas tan bonitas que tiene la terraza de arriba al Campo de golf, lo único que ha faltado es un poco más de menaje en la cocina,

A definite yes to book again

Very comfortable accommodation. Resort facilities very good with a good choice of restaurants a 10 min walk away. Whole resort very clean and a good golf course with plenty others within 20/25 mins drive away. Would certainly recommend this accommodation again and would book again.

La torre town house

Excellent holiday, lovely house very well equipped, short stroll to pools, 12 min walk resort centre with good bars and restaurants, Great local beaches and restaurants in the strip, good communication with Jim the owner, would definitely recommend and hope use again.

Lovely week on La Torre Golf

We had a great week, made all the better from staying in Jim's lovely home, it was clean and spacious and the view from the top terrace was stunning. Would thoroughly recommend both Jim's house and La Torre as a holiday destination.

Great property & great views over golf course

We had a lovely stay at this townhouse, it has fantastic views over the golf course and short walk to all bars/restaurants. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend.
