We require a 2 weeks notice on all reservations. No Booking with less than a 14 day notice, please. Our house keeper requires it.
30 Day Rental

Newly remodeled and furnished to reflect modern mountain living. Nestled in the mountains, yet only a moments drive to the city of Breckenridge. Beautiful kitchen with appliances and granite countertops, seating at the bar with wood floors. Outside Hot Tub (4 person).

Dining area and family room are open to a spectacular view of Peak Seven, with all glass windows. Large river rock fireplace, and oak ceiling. Big screen television. Cable television.

Bedrooms include aspen log furniture, and pillowtop mattresses for a spectacular night of sleep following an active day of play. Sheets, towels and hairdryers are provided for your use.

Full recreational room lower level featuring pool table, full bath, sleeping area with entertainment center.

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $200 Deposit.

30 night minimum stays.

This was our 2nd time staying in this house in Breck. The area, the size of the home for two families to enjoy, the close proximity to everything Breck was once again perfect. Please note-the home does not have air conditioning so we had a few days that the house was warm but thankfully it cooled off by the evenings. We once again enjoyed our stay and made great memories with friends!

We snowboarded breck the last two years, stayed here both years and really enjoyed it. Hot tub was huge after a long day on the mountain. Great views as well! Property was clean and well maintained!

Great house, great location!

We enjoyed our stay over the busy holiday week. We loved having easy access to Peak 7 & 8, made it super convenient with different skiing schedules. The house was great, nice layout for families, even better than the pictures! Beautiful views, especially from the hot tub!

Nice Size for Families

Met our family friends and had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is a great size, and fit our two families very well. The pool table and hot tub were a hit. Convenient location with a short drive to town. Had a great time!

We had an incredible stay. The home was perfect for our group of ten and could have actually slept two more in the bunks in the basement. The house was well equipped with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. The host also kindly provided more than enough necessities for our stay - plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. This is the perfect place to base from for exploring either Breck or Keystone. It’s only a three minute drive to the northern Breck park n ski lot with direct shuttle service to the gondola and only 25 minutes to the River Run Gondola lot at Keystone. The hot tub and large common areas are great for relaxing after a full day of skiing. Definitely recommend this property for your next trip to Breckenridge!

I stayed at Joanne’s Place with my cousins for a ski weekend. It was perfect for 10 adults. Very spacious. Easy drive to Gondola Parking. The view from the living space/kitchen is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Girls trip for leaf peeping

Loved this property and the neighborhood! The Aspen’s were golden and more abundant than I have ever seen them. The spacious home was clean comfortable, and we would definitely consider staying again. one of the highlights of our stay was the moose family trekking through the yard, just outside the front door.

Beautiful House, Excellent Location, Stunning Views

The house was absolutely perfect for a week long family skiing vacation at Breck. We had family and friends drop in from time to time and it was the perfect size to host everyone for dinner and poker or a game of pool. The hot tub views are breathtaking as well as the living room. I can't recommend this house enough. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing Breck home

Booked the property based on the other reviews saying the photos don’t do the place justice. And we were definitely impressed. Enough space for everyone to have their own beds/rooms/spaces. The pool table was a great addition the kids loved. As Husker fans we LOVED seeing all the Husker decor in the basement as well. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans but otherwise everything worked well and was a great home away from home for 4 days!! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay!

Beds were comfortable. House was nice. Beautiful view. Driveway during snow season needs 4 wheel drive or chains. This is stated in the listing. Some of the chairs at the table and bar are in need of repair/replacement. Thermostats temperature tends to change without assistants. Top floor bedrooms would get very hot.

Great view with plenty of wildlife

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and beautiful. We love that there are pet friendly places like this property to stay. The deck was one of our favorite places to be. We would bird watch, we had foxes run across the yard, we even had 2 moose eating from the trees right next to the deck. I do have to warn future guests to check the outdoor surroundings before letting your dog out because of the moose. We didn’t see one in the yard once and it came up and stomped our elderly dog before we even knew what was happening. It was quite the rush but our dog is perfectly fine.
