Mas des Amis set in Spectacular settings with stunning panoramic views!
Mas des Amis is a peaceful Provençal home nestled amongst Mediterranean vegetation and nature within only 5 minutes drive to the picturesque medieval Village of Le Bar sur Loup and its amenities. The property offers stunning panoramic views over the mountains and the Gorges du Loup.
There are lots of activities to keep all ages entertained at the villa while others may just want to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
Conveniently situated just 35 minutes from Nice airport in an idyllic location surrounded by beautiful Provencal villages and the famous beaches of Cannes only 40min away.
The ground floor is composed of a spacious newly refurbished living/dining area with open fire, a large modern kitchen with french windows opening onto the terrasse and garden, a laundry room, a double bedroom, shower room and play room (second lounge, dinning , T.V room). On the first floor you will enjoy an en suite master bedroom, and 2 other twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The house is set on 4000m² grounds with a 12x5m pool. A fantastic addition new this year is our custom made Argentinian Grill and Island bar. We are so thrilled with it as it provides the much sought out shade in the summer, and a great place to sit, eat, drink and enjoy the views!

We are a family of 4 of very mixed nationalities (Spanish, English, German, Italian and Argentinian!!), who love the outdoors. The mountains, skiing, travelling etc.

For the amazing Views, authentic provencal charm, all year round activities, skiing, hiking, canyoning, Village hopping and tranquillity, ease of travel, if we have to get to Cannes, Antibes or Nice we have direct routes to all so no unnecessary time spent in the car.....
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The views is probably the most spectacular part of the house. The setting is unique and while we are not too far from the villages and getting the kids to school etc. you do really feel relaxed here. My friends always tell me they feel like they are on holiday when they spend the day here even if they only live 10 minutes away. The environment just invites you to relax and enjoy!
We love the layout of the house too, especially the ground floor as it is so open and makes it a very social space. We love having the second living / TV room where the kids can watch a movie and we can enjoy some 'adult time' :)
