Nice quiet getaway spot in charming boyes hot springs. Nice outdoor area. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful oak tree in nice lounging area patio with tables, outdoor couch.

Great stay at this home in Boyes Hot Springs. Check in was a breeze, the house was exactly as pictured and very spacious and comfortable with great parking on the property.. We appreciated the A/C as it was a very hot weekend. The location was perfect- very close to downtown Sonoma restaurants, wine tastings and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a lot of spiders I spent the whole time killing spiders and bugs spider webs was everywhere inside the property outside the property walking out of the door every day spider webs all over the grill on the seats inside the bathroom I couldn't really sleep because I have a big fear of spiders it was very unpleasant for me and my guess on my birthday trip it said that it slept for people but we were not couples so it really only slept too because the couch was not a let out bed so be advised on that issue if you don't want to sleep with another person in the bed with you it was in a good area for shopping so that was a plus

Our family enjoyed our time in this beautiful home! The location was great for exploring Sonoma. The downstairs bonus space was s nice surprise, especially the half-bath! We really enjoyed sitting outside under the Oak each night! The home is clean and comfortable, and fit our needs perfectly!

Beautiful location, perfect for visiting the winery’s. Everything was as described. However, there were ants in the bathroom upstairs near the floor. And the neighbors house had a dog that barked consistently and sometimes throughout the night.

We really enjoyed staying at this place! Convenient location to all the wine country things you want to do. Really lovely house that has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Easy to check-in. Host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it!

We loved everything about this rental. It was located in a lovely neighborhood and had excellent parking. It is well furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, laundry facilities, and everything you could need in the kitchen. It has a wonderful outdoor space with a firepit, grill, and seating. The hosts were very helpful with everything you needed to know about the house and the local area. We would stay here again and again.

A great place to stay as we explored Point Reyes Seashore, Jack London State Park, Sonoma Botanical Garden, area restaurants, and enjoyed spring like weather for us Easterners ( while our kids played in 2-3 feet of snow from the weekend East Coast snowstorm!).The home has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a peaceful, relaxing yard. We enjoyed our stay!

The unit was clean. The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare meals. The location is convenient for walking to the Fairmont spa and El Molino restaurant. The hosts provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

We did a girls' spa/wine tasting weekend, and this house was perfect for that! It is so comfortable and inviting, from the way it is decorated inside, to the zen spaces outside, to the incredibly comfortable beds. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again for sure. The location was very close to several restaurants and was easy to drive to or Uber.

We had a great stay in Mike and Teresa’s home. It was clean, nicely furnished and had a great front yard. We were conveniently located near wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Sonoma Plaza.

Fantastic location in Sonoma. This property was incredibly clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable. The outside space was great to hang out and chat with family and eat in the beautiful weather.

Host was excellent! Outdoor patio was wonderful for relaxing. Location was perfect. We would have loved a few extra pillows for the beds. Beds were a little soft for someone with back issues. Other than that we had a great stay.

This is the rare VRBO where the pictures don't do it justice! Nicely furnished, kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking (i.e., gas range, kitchen tools, etc.), the front patio is awesome! Communication with the hosts was prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay again.
