Great location and parking nearby for extra charge. Ian is a lovely host. It's quite expensive just for an ensuite room, but it is a great place to stay.

Ian is an attentive host when communicating with guests. The property is clean and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay at the boathouse and the attention our host gave us. I would certainly stay with Ian again.

We had a lovely stay here! The room and bathroom were very clean and Ian and Matt were extremely welcoming and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous home & delightful hosts. My girlfriend & I had a wonderful time. I'd reccomend getting around Brighton via the Beryl busses or the bus both of which you can get easily from the house.

Excellent proximity to coastline and lots of interesting Brighton attractions, The Lanes, the Pier, etc. Lovely room & Ian was most helpful all thru the booking process & the stay!

Lovely house, very friendly and helpful from time.of booking right up until we arrived.

Perfect place to stay, not far from the beach, shops, pubs etc.

Amazing experience, through and through !We had a very enjoyable stay. The room is great, with nice amenities and full privacy.Ian is wonderful host, kind and pro-active with guests.The location is awesome, 1 min walk from the beautiful Brighton beach.We will try to book the same place again for our next visit to Brighton.

Lovely quiet house and spotless room. Just up from the promenade and beach. Half hour walk from the lanes and Brighton Center. My hosts couldn't have been more accommodating.

Fabulous property. Great en suite bedroom - comfy bed. Beautiful decor. Lovely toiletries available. The hosts were really helpful, communicated really well. The location is a 1 minute walk to the sea & 5 mins to fabulous cafes & restaurants. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended

A Great Stay

Excellent ensuite accommodation in a delightful house, in a quiet, characterful road, a stone's throw from the seafront. Hosts Ian and Matt are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Perfect Place

What a great find for a weekend away. Made to feel very welcome despite the Covid climate...very comfortable and cozy room in an ideal location to explore Hove and Brighton, looking forward to a return visit.

Nicole & Chris were a delight to have around our home. Very easy going from the initial booking all the way through until departure....The ensuite was left as near to 'as new' as is possible... 100% always welcome back and naturally would recommend to all other hosts.

A lovely place to stay with a calm ambiance and welcoming hosts.

I would recommend this property. Although it is not self contained the owners go out of their way to make one feel at home.

The room was fantastic and Ian had thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable, the communication beforehand was excellent and the check instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you again, we would definitely book again!

It really is "Home Away from Home"

Love staying with Matt and Ian, we are made so welcome and feel totally relaxed. Their home is beautiful and situated very close to Brighton just a 20 stroll. Lovely cafes and restaurants just 3 mins walk up the lane and bus stops. Can't wait until our next stay!

Stunning boathouse

The property was lovely and in a great location near the beach. Matthew was the perfect host, really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it.

Great stay in Brighton

Real home from home in a lovely welcoming Homestay in Brighton. Hosts were great company, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Ensuite room was immaculate with lovely extra touches. Would definitely recommmend. Within easy walking distance to Brighton along seafront.
