Stylish villa in Pefkochori Chalkidiki in an exclusive location with panoramic and stunning view of Sithonia peninsula, mountain Athos and Kelyfos island. The area is peaceful and quiet, which makes it excellent for a family. This exclusive villa features a secured 1.000 sqm appealing outdoor space. There is a beautiful patio and undercover parking place for two cars. The secured garden is covered by fine lawn. The open plan fully equipped kitchen features contemporary appliances and a dining space for six people. The living room is equipped with a 47 inch TV and a home cinema. On the ground floor you can find also a bedroom with a sofa which can turn to a bed for two. There are one bathroom on each floor to offer more privacy. On the second floor there are two spacious and airy bedrooms with A/C. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a big and stylish wardrobe and the other with two sofa beds. The villa enjoys a private garden with a waterfal pool and a spacious outdoor dining place.
Bedding linen, towels and limited access to WiFi (up to 5 Gbytes) are provided. Some basic groceries and household goods are provided to cover arrival needs.
The villa is close to Pefkochori centre (5 minutes by car) where there are plenty super markets, butcher/fish shops, restaurants/tavernas, cafes etc. The sandy beach can be reached in just 10 min. walking or 5 min. of driving. The famous beach bars (Cabana, Lefki Ammos, Achinos, Molos etc) are a few minutes by car. Thessaloniki's international airport is about 100 km away.

Wonderful villa and beautiful beaches

We enjoyed our stay in George’s villa. Nice garden, great pool and deck with lots of sunbeds and shade. Many beaches and nice restaurants are close by.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Georgios is a wonderful host. Warm, helpful and available at any time. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Far enough from crowded places (very nice and quiet at night) but just a short drive to very nice beaches, water activities, restaurants, markets... Place was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely view overall, especially the sunrises. Pool and pool area was nice and clean. Big dining area next to pool and BBQ came in handy for a family get together. If I had to pick something negative it's probably the unstable internet connection but this seems quite common in touristy areas in Greece from my experience. Thank you Georgios!

Private and scenic

The home is clearly used by the owner so it is immaculately maintained and very comfortable. We had 5 total occupants and never felt cramped. We cooked one night and enjoyed the back patio with breathtaking views of the gulf. The property is tricky to find but Giorgios met us on the road and guided us directly. It's a very quick 3-4 minute drive north to the center of Pefkochori, where you can take advantage of taverns on the water, shopping, bakeries and cafes. We drove into town to grab coffee and some pastries each morning and did not feel put out at all. The beaches in the area are all quite good and it’s the narrow part of the gulf so you have a fantastic view of the hills of Sithonia across the water. Pefkochori has a lot of busy beach bars but all are family friendly. There are several <5 minute drive south of the property that are not as busy, have a larger beachfront, and some public spots where it is not necessary to rent a chair and an umbrella. The location just outside Pefkochori was a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the privacy and the ability to relax in a quiet atmosphere. If you want to be in a location where you can walk everywhere and you don't mind busy, densely packed housing, then this is not for you. If you enjoy privacy, quiet evenings, comfortable and bright spaces, and don’t mind a few minutes in the car, then you must stay at this property. Overall it was and outstanding experience. I would happily stay there again next time we take a long weekend in the area.

Perfektes Haus, Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren in der zweiten August Woche im Haus von Giorgos und waren und sind immer noch begeistert! Die Aussicht vom Garten zum Meer ist sensationell! Jeden Morgen nach dem Aufwachen, hab ich auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse den Herrlichen Sonnenaufgang genossen! Bei gutem Wetter, also fast immer auf Chalkidiki, kann man bis zum Berg Athos schauen! Das Haus ist gut und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet! Giorgos war ein sehr guter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar!!! Am ersten Tag hatten wir einen Stromausfall, seitens des Stattlichen Stromanbieters. Giorgos hat sich ohne zu zögern mit diesem in Kontakt gesetzt und das Problem in kurze gelöst! Das Haus ist ein Endreihenhaus was aber einen Einzelhaus Charakter besitzt, da die Nachbarn ihr Haus nur zum Urlaub nutzten und dadurch fast nie da waren. Es ist sehr ruhig und nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Straße. Das Haus ist auch nicht direkt in Pefkochori, was in den Sommermonaten sehr voll werden kann. Somit kann man sich hier sehr gut erholen und seine Touren durch die Wunderschönen Halbinsel planen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Giorgos!

Urlaub war sehr erholsam

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem Haus sehr genossen. Der Strand war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Es war genauso wie auf den Fotos gezeigt!

Die Fotos waren nicht geschönt, in der Nachsaison ein ruhiger Platz. Das Heizungs System vielleicht etwas eigenwillig aber handelbar. Der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und Reaktion kamen immer sofort, sehr hilfreich.Im Haus spürbar, der persönliche Stil der Hausherren. Angenehm daß einige Kleinigkeiten, wie Wasser, Gewürze, Putzmittel usw. im Haus waren! Alles sauber, 2 Bäder - und eine funktionierende, gut eingerichtete Küche. Ein Reihenhaus, was wie ein Einzelhaus wirkt, wir hatten allerdings das Endhaus und keine Nachbarn !

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Georgios. Notre hôte et sa femme, très prévenants, nous ont très bien reçu dans leur jolie maison. Gergios était disponible à tout moment lorsqu'on avait des questions. La maison est fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très agréable. Tout est prévu pour qu'on se sente chez soi, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les plages (privées ou non) sont à 3 minutes en voiture. Merci pour votre gentillesse !
