Entire whole top floor newly renovated suite luxury and stylish designer style with 2 balconies, large bedroom, modern bathtub bathroom, hotel quality queen mattress, real bed and fully equipped kitchen are all yours privately.
Walking: 5 mins to lake, 1 min to King Streetcar, 5 mins to Queen St. W.
** Deep cleaning between guests by professional cleaner spending 5-6 hours to disinfecting all surfaces **
Feel like home with the space in Victorian-style home on the high third floor of the house surrounding the area with many detached houses.
Enjoy unlimited high speed free Wi-Fi with Bell Five, Bell Fibe TV Plus with 300+ channels which you can enjoy watching the most binge-worthy TV shows and your favorite movies.
Relax in the luxury queen size bed and wake up to enjoy the sun on the balcony access directly from the bedroom. The suite has the plenty of closet storage for your clothes and luggage.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has the direct access to the back balcony. You can enjoy the outdoor space at any time you like.

Access to everything inside the suite. We provide towels, linens and some essentials. Everything you see in the unit is for you to use on your stay.

Street parking cost around: $35 per week, $16 per 24 hours or $24 per 48 hours

** Get up and go jogging along the lake or relaxing in the afternoon with biking or walking besides the lake
** Close to Roncesvalles village and Liberty Village the street shopping strips and plenty of restaurants and bars.
** Convenient public transportation connections and are about 10 minutes from Toronto's business district in rush hour. 24 hrs King line street car takes you straight to King Subway station.

My house is the Victorian style that close to main downtown core and the Queen St. West which is full of bars, restaurants and shops with short walking distance. You are close to all actions but far enough to be quiet and peaceful when sleeping at night. It is very convenient to commute to the house with or without a car. It is close to the highway which is convenient to get to the airport and convenient to get to core downtown to watch the Blue Jays game or visit CN Tower.

The suite is newly renovated, so everything is very new and quality products only I chose. And as you are staying in the house so it is more private like staying at your home with backyard and terrace than the high building with all the concrete.
