Amazing family vacation

Our 3br ocean front ocean view from the room accommodations were PERFECT! Everything we hoped it would be! Planning next yrs trip there already! Kids loved the kids club and asked to go back each day which gave us a couple hours without the kids daily, the beach has small waves great for kids learning to boogie board (free rental) and soft sand for evening walks on the beach. We used the gym that had plenty of equipment for our needs. The food was great. Drinks amazing! Staff amazing! We got treated like VIPs with the platinum membership! Lana was also great and answered my many questions quickly. WE WILL BE BACK!

One of the best trips we've had

The property is clean and tons of amenities. We had an ocean front suite which was to die for. The food on the property is amazing. The restaurants are wonderful. There was some frustrations from guests about being able to get a reservation, but we found it wasn't a problem if you were patient. Lana was a wonderful host and made sure all the details were in check.

You won't be disappointed!!!

I always read reviews when trying to decide on something but I almost never write them but I wanted to share my experience with Lana and Marival. Lana was absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond what was to be expected of her! She patiently answered all my questions (and believe me I had quite a few) quickly and thoughtfully. We had wonderful rooms with amazing ocean views. Everything was extremely clean. You could definitely tell they put a lot of thought into how to keep their guests safe during the COVID pandemic. The staff and Marival were all very friendly and eager to help in and way possible. They were able to offer advice on what we should do in PV and how to get there as well as any needs we had at the hotel. If you're considering renting from Lana, I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed! One other thing to mention is you will love the added benefits of her being a platinum member!!!

Royalty Treatment

From the moment we arrived at Marival Emotions Resort, we were treated like celebrities! From check-in, to the various onsite dining experiences, to the cleaning service; the experience was beyond expectations! We had a great family vacation!

We love the Marival and staff

We had a vacation of a lifetime at the Marival and Lana made it all possible! The staff were friendly and accommodating with our family and moved us to ground level rooms as we requested, Lana was helpful and answered all our questions right from the beginning of our inquiry! The Marival is the perfect hotel for our family from the beach (our son who’s 11 loved boogie boarding) to the ice cream station (our daughter who’s 14 had this for brunch almost daily). The restaurants were all delicious and we especially loved the Italian and Mexican. Overall we all loved our vacation!!

GREAT VACATION!!

Great room/amenities/beach! We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely go back! Thanks Lana for all your help with our reservation and you were right....The Marival lived up to all our expectations and the Platinum Membership benefits were a bonus!! The beach was amazing!!
