Had everything we needed for 3 kids and the Grandparents. Kids loved the pool, Grandad loved the BBQ and pizza oven! Handy location to walk to local shops or drive to Fréjus in about 10 mins

Very nice villa!

A great stay in a very nice villa, we did enjoy the swimming pool a lot. Also the owner has been very welcoming from start to finish.

Wonderful holidays

Warm welcome with snacks and drinks, thanks to Éline, everything was fine during our stay. We did trips to St. Tropez, Cannes, Antibes and Nizza and we had a great time.

Overall a very good property but a little rough around the edges (shower not working, kitchen cabinets broken, ants in house etc) Outside pool area is fantastic. Whole family loved the pool and outside area. Rear felt a bit unloved but kids still enjoyed table tennis and playing with toys, in that area.

Nice villa, good location, well equipped

We had a great stay! In a quiet neighbourhoud with a centre (bakery, supermarket etc.) within 5 à 10 min walking distance. The villa is very well equipped with everything we needed and more! Beautiful cities and beaches like St. Maxime, St. Raphaël and Frejus within 30 min. drive. The kids were in swimming pool most of the day. We highly recommend this villa!

Perfect Villa

We really enjoyed our stay everything was perfect. Lovely heated pool swimming in May great. The villa was very clean and very well equipped with very good WiFi there was everything you could possibly want in the kitchen coffee maker toaster lots of utensils. Communication with Celine and her husband was very easy and live not very far away. Five minutes walk to the village lots of little shops and a very good Spar shop. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this lovely villa.

On arrival at ……… we were very impressed with the property’s location, layout and amenities.The spacious property is located on a quiet residential estate, the gardens to the front and back are very private and not overlooked.We are a family of 6 with a young baby and with this fully equipped home, our every need was catered for. There is a full size dishwasher, washing machine, ample storage space for clothing and plenty of board games for entertainment and a table tennis table.We also enjoyed making use of the bbq and eating outside on several occasions.Our location allowed us to travel to Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco as well as other places. Roquebrune which is a 15 minute drive away is a beautiful village and we went to the small outdoor market on the Friday morning. There are a small number of bars and local shops within a 10 minute walk of the property.The south facing pool is a good size and maintained regularly.Our visit has left a lasting impression on all our family and would love to return at some point in the future.

Amazing location to chill and explore Côte d’Azur

We, two families with three kids, had a wonderful summer location in August! The house is as described: very nice interior, comfortable beds, cute kids rooms and a great pool area! Outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating area is just great to spend time! The barbecues and pizza oven are at its best for having fun preparing wonderful dishes! The neighborhood is very quiet and a bakery, supermarket and restaurants can be reached by food in less than 10 minutes. The location of the house is a great spot to explore the countryside mountain area or the fascinating citys Frejús, Canes and St. Tropez and of course the beaches. We want to highlight the absolutely positiv, friendly and nicely communication with the owners and the local contact who always helped and supported whenever it was needed or questions came up. We can absolutely recommend this property and will consider coming back!

Fabulous stay

We spent a wonderful week here with my two young children (9 and 6). The property itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with lots of amenities in the village but also short distance in the car to bigger shops. We had a lovely time exploring the different offerings of Fréjus and Antibes whilst there, both easily accessible by car. When not exploring the area, we had the most wonderful time at the house. Very well stocked with all the household equipment you might need (for cooking etc). Lots of places to relax around the house, inside and out. They really have thought of everything. The communication from the owner was fantastic and a lovely local lady who showed us around The property when we arrived. We were lucky to find this gem of a property and was perfect for our quiet, relaxed family break. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful base!

We stayed as a group of two families during July and August 2022. The villa is beautiful- well equipped for a family stay. Really modern but also cosy. The outside kitchen and hangar are just perfect. We loved lazy days at the pool. Evening sun drinks on the other seating area. Perfectly situated to explore the Cote D’Azur and Provence. We will definitely be back! So much to see, so few days! The owners are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. No negatives at all to this property. One practical point to make is if your car is low and well loaded with luggage, the lip into enter the property is a little steep. Our car (Skoda Kodiaq) was fine. Our friend’s Ford S-Max we unloaded before getting on the drive and then all was ok. Can’t recommend more highly.

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem sehr sauberen Ferienhaus und rundum zufrieden. Der Pool war angenehm warm, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos mit blitzschnellen Antworten, und die Betreuung vor Ort durch die äußerst höfliche und zuvorkommende Dame war hervorragend.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings inzwischen etwas abgewohnt – dafür befand sich ansonsten alles in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bonne semaine passée au mois d’août dans la belle maison provencale de Steinar. Située dans un quartier très calme, la maison est très cosy et meublée avec goût. Nous avons aussi apprécié les extérieurs, la piscine et les nombreux jeux de piscine mis à disposition. Mes petits enfants, fans de ping pong ont également apprécié la table et les raquettes mises à disposiion. Après la piscine, c’était ping pong. Merci pour la communication toujours facile. Un grand merci à Emilie et son mari pour leur accueil sur place. Merci aussi pour les cadeaux de bienvenue. Juste une petite remarque Steinar, si vous pouviez améliorer le portail d’entrée de la propriéte , ce serait parfait.

Séjour en juillet 2026. La maison est magnifique aménagée avec soins et beaucoup de goût. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La piscine est magnifique. L’accueil d’Emilie était également chaleureux, elle répond très rapidement aux messages. Mon épouse et moi (tous deux âgés de plus de 65 ans) avons passé un séjour fantastique ici en juin 2026. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part d'Émilie et de son mari (ce « fantôme » qui nettoyait la piscine deux ou trois fois par semaine le matin pendant que nous dormions, sans que nous le voyions jamais à l'œuvre). La maison de vacances était spacieuse, pleine de charme et propre. Elle était parfaitement équipée pour cuisiner, avec une vaisselle abondante, aussi bien pour l'intérieur que pour l'extérieur. La piscine était très agréable lors des journées chaudes, et nous avons également bien profité du barbecue. Il y a tant à voir dans les environs : de beaux villages, des abbayes, des musées et, bien sûr, la mer ! La communication avec Émilie s'est faite via WhatsApp. Elle répondait toujours très rapidement à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison de vacances à tout le monde!

Villa indipendente composta da una cucina super attrezzata, piano cottura ad induzione, microonde, lavastoviglie, forno, ampio frigorifero con congelatore, macchina del caffè con cialde e tanto altro ancora che non in una settimana non siamo nemmeno riusciti a usare. A destra la prima camera da letto matrimoniale e le 2 camere da letto più piccole con letto a castello, il bagno con wc e il bagno con doppio lavandino e una bellissima doccia walkin. Nell'atlro lato della villa si arriva all'ampia e confortevole sala, con divano, grande tavolo e tv. Uno scalino e si scende nella seconda camera matrimoniale, molto gradevole, con letto in ferro, divano, bagnetto in camera, porta finestra che da sul portone dove è possibile parcheggiare l'auto. Per entrare nel parcheggio c'è una piccola salita che con la nostra auto piuttosto bassa dovevamo percorrere lentamente e con l'auto scarica per evitare di toccare. La piscina era a 28 gradi. Vicino alla piscina un portico in legno con tavolo e sedie e il barbecue e il forno per la pizza. Divanetti e sdraio a disposizione. Dietro un altro divanetto, l'amaca, il tavolo da ping pong e una casetta piena di oggetti utili per divertirsi in piscina, tra i quali una pompa per gonfiare il materassino. Una porticina sul retro porta in 2 minuti al centro del paese. Luogo tranquillo a poche decine di km da belle spiagge di sabbia e dalle città turistiche e non. Vacanza straconsigliata.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Alles war bestens ausgestattet - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gastgeber und die Betreuung vor Ort „Celine“ waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Südfrankreich mit perfekter Ausstattung – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Räume sind gut eingerichtet, die Küche komplett ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist super und ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, wir (zwei Familien ) haben eine herrliche Woche dort verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Kurz gesagt, das Ferienhaus ist fantastisch!

Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Falls doch etwas fehlt, helfen Céline und Eric sehr rasch und kompetent. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.
