We had a lovely time at this apartment. The host was perfect and all went to plan. The apartment is in a great location. Very close to the Amara-Donostia station, 10 mins from the bus station and 10-15 mins from the beach/old town. We loved the two roof terraces and would say that the apartment is bigger in real life than the pictures suggest. We would fully recommend this as a place to stay!

very pleasant place

The apartment was better than expected. The manager was excellent and handled the check in wonderfully. Perfect location, excellent views and great terraces. Would go back in a minute. ENJOY.

Fantastic

Fantastic stay, great location, owner was fantastic. We even accidentally left passports in the apartment and the owner kindly arranged to taxi them to Bilbao airport!

Great spot!

Short walk into old town, comfy bed, air con worked great. very cute balconies, sad we didn't even get to use them !

Stellar service in a great location

We used this comfortable, conveniently located apartment as our base for exploring San Sebastian. The beach, buses, and trains are within easy walking distance. We were delighted with the property's managers. They were very easy to communicate with and took great care to ensure the property was well-maintained.

Great place horrible parking

Great place; close to everything but parking is an additional huge expense- 100EUR for 4 nights - no negotiation on the part of owners - staying in Bilbao and owner negotiated 5 nights for 50EUR - staff tried to be helpful but somewhat lacking in assisting lost and confused travellers

Hello Nicholas. Thank you for your comment and rating. When you asked us about parking, we explained, that we have an agreement with a nearby public car park with better rates for our customers. The apartment does not have a garage. You have paid €96 for 4 days. The normal price of parking for 4 days is €108. They are parking fees, we cannot negotiate because the garage is not ours and it does not allow negotiating. It is a public parking. The rates for all public car parks in the center of San Sebastian are the same. And you accepted it. You could have said no and parked on the street, which you also have to pay for. we gave you a solution to the problem of parking in the center of San Sebastián I don't know the Bilbao parking system. It's probably from the apartment. Thanks. José

Quiet, yet so close!

With lots of room to spread out, and two of everything, including bedrooms, baths, and balconies, we were very pleased with our week In San Sebastian. Steps from the Euskotren, we could go anywhere we wanted along the coast, and that is how we went to Bilbao when our week was up. All the amenities were in this apartment, and David/Jose were very helpful in showing us places to see and enjoy when we first arrived.

Scott and his wife, They have been very nice guests. They have been very comfortable and everything seemed fine. It has been a pleasure for us to have met them. Check in and check out was done at the right time and they also left the apartment very neat. They are highly recommended as guests. If they return to San Sebastian, we would like to return to you as guests.

Ample and Comfortable

Our overall rating is excellent! Quiet neighborhood, few blocks away from shops and restaurants. Near the train and bus stations. Clean, modern, washer and dishwasher. Comfy beds and super clean bathrooms. AC and a fabulous breeze if you open the windows. It’s located on the 7th floor so it’s very private and secure. Has an elevator. If we travel back to San Sebastián, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with two walk out terraces (that we never got to use because of rain). Juan was proactive. One added plus is that he met us at the apartment when we arrived and provided a map, suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants and other local information. This got us going quickly in the right direction. We were able to walk everywhere in San Sebastián from the apartment.

4 heerlijke dagen in een hele mooie stad

Uitstekende aanwijzingen gekregen van de sympathieke verhuurder. De accommodatie was ook uitermate goed waardoor wij een heel fijn verblijf hebben gehad

Great apartment and views

Loved having 2 balconies depending on sun and heat. Great view from the front. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of kitchen necessities included like coffee and salt/pepper and paper towels. Had to buy everything we needed.

Excellent

The apartment is spacious with outdoor areas at front and rear, comfortable and very central, within easy walking for shopping, restaurants, buses and trains. Parking is expensive (25 euros overnight) but a car is not necessary since the transport system for day trips to Bilbao, Hendaye, etc is excellent. Very little noise from the street as the apartment is on the 7th. floor (With elevator)
