Beautifully crafted, open plan luxury near Great Tew

Thank you so much for the great 5 star review! It was a real pleasure to host your wonderful family who all seemed to have a fun & relaxing stay. It's great to hear that you were all so mesmerised by the cottages and grounds that you didn't have to leave to find attractions and entertainment off site. You'll have to come back to do some explorations of that all next time. We look forward to welcoming you back one day. All the best Mon

Thank you so much for all the wonderful positive comments! We strive to create and maintain the perfect idyllic retreat for our guests and we really appreciate the great feedback! We hope to see you again one day. Kind Regards The Barbour Family

It was a particularly soggy week, but I'm glad you managed at least one walk in a rare gap in the pouring rain - it was the perfect excuse to curl up by the fire though! Kind regards

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a great review. It means a lot to us knowing our guests have had a lovely and relaxing time with us. In regard to the slight mark down we suspect this is due to the slightly worn hardwood surfaces in the kitchen which we plan to re-sand and treat once we have a quiet period. Please also note that it's far better value the longer you stay after a 3 night stay with it costing around £90 per night in peak season and even less in other seasons. We hope to see you again one day. Kind Regards Mon

Wow, what a great review! Thank you so much for sharing your experience of staying with us and we hope to see you again one day. Kind Regards The Barbour Family

Thank you so much for your great review! We agree, it's always better to stay longer here as no-one ever wants to leave! It's also much better value for money per night to stay for 7 days compared to 2-3 days. Kind Regards The Barbour Family

What a heavenly review! Thank you so much for all the compliments and five star review. It gives us huge satisfaction when we get wonderful reviews and guests appreciate the fact that we go above and beyond the usual self catering experience. Great care and attention was put into the design and facilities we provide and it was done in a way that we imagined we would like if we stayed in a self catering property. We hope you come back to stay with us again one day. Kind Regards The Barbour Family

Dear Malcolm Thank you so much for the fantastic review! It's especially welcome when it's from a returning guests who's not been here for years. Hopefully it shows that not only have we been consistent throughout with our cleanliness, ethos and maintenance but also that the many new additions we've made in the past few years have all been done sympathetically and have only added to the experience. One of our guiding motto's is that we can't improve what we have but we can add to it! All the best The Barbour Family

Dear Josh Thank you so much for all the compliments. We were so happy that you had such a fantastic wedding at Heath Farm and certainly one the weather didn't affect! We really appreciate the time taken to give us a five star review. We hope you return again one day, maybe in another season as it won't be so hot and there's always something new to see and experience in any season! Kind Regards The Barbour Family

Dear Elaine Thank you so much for giving us such high praise! It's great to hear you were able to explore the grounds and you enjoyed the fishing plus made best use of the hot tub after exploring the local area. We hope to see you again next year, you may wish to consider Chestnut cottage next time, it's below Walnut and also has a hot tub in it's own private garden and is a fair bit less than Walnut as it sleeps 2 rather than 4. Kind Regards The Barbour Family x
