The photos are accurate and reflect reality. If the elevator seemed small to you, it’s because you came with your Ironman bikes. I explained that you could fit the bikes in by standing them upright, but you didn’t listen to me (I do that with mine...). Besides, athletes have no problem climbing 5 flights of stairs (instead of 6...) and your bikes arrived disassembled.... The beds are standard size for European standards, and I think that with two 140-cm beds and two single beds pushed together, there’s more than enough room for three people. The building is on a hill 52 meters above sea level, and I didn’t think that would be a problem for 35-year-old athletes. All the residents of the complex (6 groups of 50 people of all ages) do it regularly. Also, I had explained to you that there’s a shuttle that runs from the beach to our residence... I’m sorry to receive only a 4*/5 rating and don’t see what could have displeased you.

A few clarifications: There is no cat on the 5th floor in this building; either previous tenants let one in without my permission (but I didn't see any hair either), or your sense of smell is playing tricks on you. The beds are European size (1.90 m x .90 m) for Europeans and the bedding is changed every 3 years .... Probably overweight? As for the blocked drain, all you have to do is be decent and leave the protective filters in place so that the long hair (which we remove every week) doesn't pile up in the siphon, but alas, there are fewer and fewer decent tenants... and it's the cleaning staff who dispose of your waste and rubbish...

Désolé d'avoir à vous reprendre, mais le bruit c'est vous quil'avez fait en oubliant que je suis votre seul voisin.... Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Il y en a assez pour que vous puissiez vous faire une idée de là où vous allez. 5 jours de Mistral et les avions qui se poent d habitude en passant pas Antibes passent audessus de la Prom. Une baie vitrée ne se verrouille pas à cause d'un locataire ingrat comme vous (arrivée plus tôt, recherche de restaurant pour vous dans votre petite gamme de prix, indications de retour et .... départ à la sauvette 1 heure avant l'heure officielle etc etc ). Mais il n'y a pas de voleur au 5 eme et dernier étage, un appartement est le mien, l'autre celui d'un piloite de F1 qui a bunkerisé son accés. Ah, j'oubliais Nice est le 5 éme ville de France et vous pensiez retrouver la campagne d'où vous venez avec la mer à 6 mn à pieds ????

Ich hatte das Pech, einer Monomanin zu begegnen; das passiert alle fünf Jahre. Schade für mich (es dauerte nur sieben Tage), schade für sie (es ist noch nicht vorbei!!!) Je n'ai pas eu de chance de tomber sur une monomaniaque; ca arrive tous les 5 ans. Dommage pour moi (ca n'a duré que 7 jours) tant pis pour elle (ça n'est pas fini !!!)
