New HOT TUB! Newly remodeled 12/2023 new bedframes and new luxury mattresses, now sleeps 7! Classic home on 1/3 acre in a great part of town! One large master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, beautiful back fenced yard and garden. This private home is located in a quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown, seven miles from the ski lift. This house is family oriented with large 75" flat screen TV with high speed WI-FI, Roku and Amazon Firestick player and DVD. New modern stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer great outdoor space, you'll love the character and comfort of our home.

We now have a hot tub and a wall mounted 75 inch smart TV, new furniture and new flooring.

Great location

Location was excellent and house was very comfortable. Check-in was easy and house was recently updated except the primary bathroom. Hot tub was a nice way to end the day.

Great respite from the Valley

We enjoyed our stay at this property, which was spacious and ideally located. Trails were very close by and the street and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful.

Stay and ski

Wonderful location for skiing and unplugging. Very well appointed and comfortable. Master bath is only short coming as it has not been redone. We loved our stay.

Cozy house in Flagstaff near snowbowl.

This house had everything you could need. It was a wonderful stay, great location and I love the two fireplace. Everything went perfectly.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our second visit at this property. We came here for the weekend and had a wonderful time. We loved getting to look at the snow outside while enjoying the warm fire inside. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has lots of tall trees surrounding it, so you get to listen to the wind. We love it here.

Family Christmas Getaway

This house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood with lots of places to walk. Very safe. House is recently updated with very nice amenities. Location is convenient to lots of great places. We visited the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, Sedona, Sunset Crater, Wupatki National Monument, and lots of local hiking. Would recommend for families. Nice park in neighborhood, fenced in yard.

We really did love it!

The house was clean and comfortable with tons of tools and dishes. The grill was fine for outdoor cooking and the fenced yard for the pups was critical. I might say it was for 5 people not 6 since the roll away is for that 6th person, but we used our air mattress in the living room and it was great. Would definitely stay there again! Sue is fabulous!

Christmas in Flagstaff

Spacious house with proximity to numerous outdoor activities including the Grand Canyon. Great backyard for dogs to play in. Snow and ice not removed from walkways and driveways created a dangerous situation for our family as we left the house; this situation wasn’t fully addressed until our last day, leading me to have to shovel snow to create a way for cars to leave driveway.

Flagstaff family "snowcation"

We made last minute change of plans (was planning on Utah/Salt lake city) to visit Flagstaff (instead) for what we hoped would be a family "scowcation" for the kids ... It was our first time in Flagstaff ... The weather in Flagstaff was unusual and unfortuantely there wasn't much snow :( and we chose to leave a day early as we could find too much else to do in Flagstaff ... Be that as it may, the house itself was nice home, kind of quaint, neat and tidy, and centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood and with easy access to freeways/highways ... Perfect minus the beds

The house was very clean and inviting, beautiful kitchen and plenty of places to sit and play games with the kiddos! The house had everything needed for a stay-in weekend with the family. The ONLY downside we had was the mattresses in this house are the firmest memory foam I’ve ever felt and it 100% was not for us. The bright side is the couches were incredibly comfortable! The gracious host quickly responded to a small complaint and did so in a big way and we are very appreciative of them and the stay they’ve provided us. Thank you again from the Goza family and Merry Christmas!

We love to travel, eat out, hike, bike and enjoy or friends old and new! We love our very comfortable Flagstaff home and all of Flagstaff.

Our family moved to Flagstaff in 1990. In 1997 we moved to this neighborhood (Cheshire). One beautiful day in June 2002 we were walking our dog and noticed a for sale by owner sign in front of this house. The original owners were outside and after talking with them we were given a tour of the home. The house was perfect for our family and so we purchased it. The kids are now well into adulthood and we are off adventuring, so you can now enjoy one of the prettiest and best built homes in Flagstaff.

Close to mountains, urban trail for hiking or biking. Close to skiing, close to the Grand Canyon. We welcome pets as well as people! Fenced back yard beautiful quiet neighborhood. Our home is very comfortable, lived in, warm and livable.

Our master bedroom is extra large and our sitting areas (living room, family room) are very comfortable with gas fireplaces.
