We enjoyed our stay very much. There was an issue with the elevator but that was on the resort and not Mr Santoro. Still, he worked with us and found a solution that we appreciated. Thank you!

This is probably about the 20th time my family has stayed at the Hilton head beach and tennis resort. It just has everything we like. It’s super close to the beach. It has a gym, huge pool, easy check in and it’s just a great property and we love it. This condo is in admirals row. They have a lot more space than the one bedrooms we usually stay in which was needed as our kids have gotten older. It also has its own pool which we liked. This unit was great. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. It has a great view, so we would definitely come back.

We had an amazing vacation at HHB&T resort. The condo was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise.

Great Family friendly spot

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time on HHI and we enjoyed exploring. The place was excellent. Comfy beds and great amenities.

Very disappointing stay. My husband and I booked this property for ourselves and our 2.5-month-old baby. Before our trip, I specifically asked the host whether there was a pack ’n play or if we should bring our own, and I made it clear we were traveling with an infant. He told me there was one at the property and said he would make sure it was in working order. Shortly before our trip, he again confirmed that it was available.Upon arrival, we found that the pack ’n play was extremely old and stained. When I contacted the host, he explained that it was only intended for beach/daytime use and not for overnight sleeping. This was very frustrating as that limitation was never mentioned when I specifically asked whether we should bring our own. We had to rush out and purchase a new pack ’n play so our baby would have a safe place to sleep. The host ultimately reimbursed half the cost, which I appreciate, but having to deal with this immediately upon arrival was an incredibly stressful way to start our vacation.Unfortunately, the unit itself was also less impressive than it appeared in the listing. The furnishings felt dated, and there were several maintenance and comfort issues, including uncomfortable couches and bed, poor water pressure at the kitchen faucet, and unsecured closet shelving. The second bedroom is very cramped with two bunk beds leaving little room to maneuver. Overall, we were disappointed with the property and ultimately left early.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm sorry your stay wasn't what you expected. I want to clarify an important point: at no time was I told the pack n' play was needed for overnight sleeping. Had that been communicated, I would never have suggested using it for that purpose. Our pack n' play was purchased new at the start of the season and has been used by many guests without any issue; it was intended for beach/daytime use, and it seems it may have shown wear from the season's use. As soon as I understood the concern, I immediately covered half the cost of a new one for you. The bunk beds have a hit with families, and we've never had single issue with water pressure. That said, we take all feedback seriously and will look into the items you mentioned. This has been a well-loved property with consistent five-star reviews going back 10 years, and I stand behind the experience we've provided to the many families who've stayed with us. Another great stay!

This was our 4th year in Hilton Head and our 3rd year staying in this condo. We absolutely love it. The location is wonderful and communication is perfect. We hope to be back next year my girls have made so many great memories here.

HHI Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family (kids ages 10-16). Had everything we needed. Great access to the beach and resort amenities.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our family. I was worried about the on-floor shared laundry room, but it was clean and convenient. We enjoyed the beach, easy access to tennis and pickleball, walking/bike trails and more.

We would stay here again. Close proximity to food, bars and walking distance to the beach. Michael the owner was super easy to get in touch with when needed and responded right away. The only negative I have that has nothing to do with his listing but the building itself, the elevator is a bit slot like. Our family was happy with this location.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The resorts pools were a hit with the kids (3 & 5) and beach was easily accessible by just a short walk. Highly recommend waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony… simply beautiful!

Perfect stay for a perfect beach!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for us and our 4 year old twins! It was an easy walk from the condo to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be the tvs need to be upgraded, but who goes to the beach to watch tv?

Wonderful time!

The property owners were extremely helpful and accommodating as issues arose and things were addressed quickly and remedied. My family and I had a wonderful time! Looking forward to staying again next year.

A great week

We had a wonderful time even with all the rain. The beach and pools were easy to get too. The condo was very nice and roomy for my 4 kids. We will definitely be back!
