Florida Vacation Dream Spot - easy and fun! This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is direct beachfront with wide open views up and down the coast. The condo is on the top floor (6th) of the building and is completely furnished with a dining table that seats 6 – 8, sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, flat screen tv, and table and chairs on the enclosed balcony that is a perfect spot for watching the beach, ocean, and fantastic sunsets. You can even see dolphins swimming in by! The master bedroom is an enclosed suite with a large walk in closet, private bath, dresser, night stands and king size bed. The second bedroom also has an adjoining bath, queen bed ,closet, dresser, nightstands and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cabinetry, corian countertops, Stainless fridge, stove microwave and dishwasher. The unit comes with a covered parking space and storage unit equipped with all the beach. Free wifi.
Please note i need to give condo association 30 days minimum notice .

This condo has an amazing view-you are right on the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. There were a few construction vehicles and some construction work going on while we were there, due to the fall hurricanes. This condo is well-maintained and well equipped for visitors. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen is very well equipped if that’s what you would like to do. The pool is lovely and the people that we met there were very welcoming and helpful. The host is very quick to answer any questions you might have and very, very friendly. Highly recommend this property!

Beach Healing

This property well exceeded our expectations! The location, the cleanliness… Support and communication from the owner was Sterling! Just the view was simply breathtaking. Every morning the view with coffee and stunning sunset in the evening. We will be back and this will be our top rated property!

Gorgeous

This was our second time staying here. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo. We absolutely love the location to everything. The view is fabulous and so is the host. We will be back, but we hope next time TS Debby is not with us. She can stay somewhere else even though she only slowed us down a day.

Perfect vacation!

This condo had it all. Views, location, stocked kitchen and beach shed, and the most amazing host! MARIE-CLAIRE was so easy to work with, everything from booking to checking out. Condo lives up to the listing details and was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend 👌

Crème de La crème!!

Absolute perfection! The host, Marie-Claire, represents this condo ‘to a T’! Extremely clean, well stocked and a prime location. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is here. The sunsets are so spectacular viewed from the lanai. You are steps from the beach. Wonderful recommendations from the host for restaurants on the island. We definitely will return!!!

Holmes Beach

Great location, beautiful view from the Lanai, fantastic sunsets. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The weather was perfect all week. We're already planning a return visit!!

Best Christmas ever!

We booked this condo over our Christmas break and it was the best VRBO we have booked! First, the location and views were breathtaking and it was beyond clean! Loved the pool, wish had hot tub but with having the ocean right there, it was well worth the trade off! Host was above accommodating with my questions and check-in & out was super easy. We would definitely stay at this location again!!

A little piece of heaven on earth

Marie Clair is an extraordinary host! She is so helpful and accommodating with suggestions re:restaurants. The property is very comfortable with the most INCREDIBLE view! ( The upholstered chairs made lanai time the best!) The condo is stocked with anything you might need & forgot to pack…including beach toys, beach towels & the unexpected rubber band/paper clip.😊 We look forward to returning soon. (This is the place to stay on Anna Marie…centrally located to shopping & restaurants!)

FANTASTIC STAY!

This rental is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, bright, and well stocked with EVERYTHING you need for a great beach vacation. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The location is perfect - the view of the beach is breathtaking and never gets old! You can see up and down the beach, not just directly in front of you as in many rentals. There are many restaurants and shops within walkable distance plus a free trolly if you don’t want to drive. Marie-Claire is a perfect host. She answered all my inquiries very quickly. She even called us to make sure our arrival went smoothly. Don’t hesitate to book this rental. It is gorgeous. We are already looking at dates to return.

An Amazing Property On An Amazing Beach!

We have had dozens of beach vacations over many, many years. This is probably the finest beach lodging we have ever experienced: clean, quiet, comfortable and located conveniently close to everything. Best of all, however, is the location literally on the beach! The gulf and beach views are extraordinary in every direction, especially at sunset. The owner called moments after we arrived to assure that things were to our satisfaction and followed up a couple more times during our stay. Her suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy were spot on! I cannot say enough great things about this property. We hope to return again and again.

Perfect location and view

We had the most amazing stay here. Everything we needed was provided plus some we didn’t know we needed. This place has the most amazing view, hands down. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings gazing out the windows at the sunsets, the dolphins, and the manatees. We even got to experience swimming with a manatee when one came to the beach while we were swimming, definitely a memory we won’t forget. The beds are comfortable, it’s clean and tidy, you can tell the home is well cared for. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and plan to return!!

Great beach view and location

We stayed here with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the morning room view of the beach, which was perfect for sunsets. Only minor complaint might be the need for some window treatments in the bedrooms to help with being able to sleep-in while on vacation:) We would definitely recommend this place to other families!

Slice of paradise

Magical Sunsets.

I can not boast enough about this property. Fantastic views of the sunsets and beautiful white sand beaches. My family and I really love this place and plan on returning next year. A variety of nice restaurants and ice shop within walking distance. The host was wonderful and was easily accessible. Retuned calls and messages in a timely manner. We accidentally left some of our daughters swimsuits and she was prompt to get them shipped back to us. I highly recommend this place to couples for a romantic get away or a family looking to soak up the sun and play in the pristine blue/green waters. 💯

Beach vacation

We had a fantastic time at Marie Claire’s condo. The condo and views are amazing. The location is great as you can walk to just about everything you need. The trolley is right outside the building. You can drink your coffee and watch the dolphins and manatees swim by in the morning. We definitely will be going back to visit again!

Amazing Anna Maria Condo

The pictures posted do not completely convey what an amazing condo this rental really is. The view and beach were phenomenal. The condo is also stocked with everything you could need and more in the kitchen and with beach accessories. You can’t go wrong with renting this wonderful piece of paradise.

Harmony on Holmes Beach

This space speaks to all the senses. Though we have been visiting AMI for years now, this was the first time we felt connected to the island’s beauty and peace and wildlife upon arrival. It usually takes us days to get into “vacation mode”, but there is something about this condo that had us in that “living meditation” state upon arrival. Marie-Claire has excellent suggestions on where to dine and is at the ready for any assistance necessary. The dwelling is well designed, comfortable, convenient to everything, and stocked beyond expectations. We regretted we didn’t stay longer, and feel so lucky to have discovered this magical place.
