Direct Beachfront 2 BD Condo On Florida’s Beautiful Gulf Coast!

Florida Vacation Dream Spot - easy and fun! This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is direct beachfront with wide open views up and down the coast. The condo is on the top floor (6th) of the building and is completely furnished with a dining table that seats 6 – 8, sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, flat screen tv, and table and chairs on the enclosed balcony that is a perfect spot for watching the beach, ocean, and fantastic sunsets. You can even see dolphins swimming in by! The master bedroom is an enclosed suite with a large walk in closet, private bath, dresser, night stands and king size bed. The second bedroom also has an adjoining bath, queen bed ,closet, dresser, nightstands and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cabinetry, corian countertops, Stainless fridge, stove microwave and dishwasher. The unit comes with a covered parking space and storage unit equipped with all the beach. Free wifi.
Please note i need to give condo association 30 days minimum notice .

This location was exactly as described with an amazing view from every window! Marie Claire was awesome and gave us great recommendations for local places to visit. Every thing about the condo was 5 star, from the location to the cleanliness to the views and the people working there! Helpful to note is that there is also lots of beach gear and towels so we didn’t have to bring or rent anything! Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was exceptional by far! It had the best view of the beach from every room!! It was very well equipped with everything that was needed and then some. Marie-Claire was excellent in communicating with us and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!We even experienced a turtle nest excavation with five baby turtles still inside. We got to see them get released!!

What a wonderful 2 weeks. Beautiful inside and out Everything we needed was there. Nothing like waking up with Gulf morning walks, sitting by the pool, great restaurants and watching the most beautiful sunsets. Hope to visit again soon.

We heard about the view from this condo and it did not disappoint. The condo is well equipped and the extras provided made our beach stay more enjoyable. Beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, sport toys were plentiful. This host is amazing and was responsive to our every need. We will be back!

We had the perfect stay and the condo was perfect. Kitchen was had everything we needed and the views from the condo were amazing! My 3 yr old loved watching the waves and birds from the condo. The condo was very safe and quiet. We had all the beach items we needed to enjoy days on the beach. The location of the condo was perfect. Kinda midway between north end and south end. We loved the trolley system and used it daily. We can't wait to go back.

The condo was fantastic, views amazing, watched sunset from the back atrium and the sunrise over the bay from the bedroom. Our host was readily available when we had questions, and provided lots of information for places to visit and restaurants. We were able to park our vehicle and walk or use the free trolly for all our excursions. Highly recommend this condo, best furnished and kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more.

Wow ! Corner room with a view ! The view I can't say enough about it, the beach view from the windows was beautiful ! We saw dolphins and beautiful sunsets ! The place is nice and clean and had all that we needed. The storage locker had all the beach things you could need, we used the chairs and umbrellas and wagon everyday. The place is very secure and has staff constantly cleaning the building they are all very friendly and are never in the way while coming and going. There is a free trolley and alot of things in walking distance. We now have new favorite places to eat and we will be staying here again. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the tennis court. We loved and will miss our evening walks on the beach.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The place was very clean, well organized. Marie-Claire is an amazing hostess. She was very easy to communicate with. She also provided good food options within walking distance.

I’m not kidding when I say the view may be the best on AMI. I can’t imagine it can get much better. The condo was fabulous and situated within walking distance to everything. Love the place and Marie-Claire is wonderful. We hope to come back next year.

Holmes Beach

Great location, beautiful view from the Lanai, fantastic sunsets. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The weather was perfect all week. We're already planning a return visit!!

Absolutely perfect location, on the beach. Great view of the ocean/beach from the sunroom. Very well-stocked kitchen. Was perfect for our family!

Great beach view and location

We stayed here with our 2 children and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the morning room view of the beach, which was perfect for sunsets. Only minor complaint might be the need for some window treatments in the bedrooms to help with being able to sleep-in while on vacation:) We would definitely recommend this place to other families!

Hi Matthew Glad you enjoyed your stay . There are electric shades that come up and down in both bedrooms That make the rooms really dark . There are switches just next to each windows . Wish you had called me and i would have let you know . No one ever asked before as i would never let a room without window treatment especially with turtles. So sorry about that . Cheers

Slice of paradise

The most beautiful views of the island and ocean. Condo was stocked with literally everything you need. The perfect location on the island and close to all the best shops and restaurants. Loved our stay so much.

My wife and I had a great time here. Woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean. We took the elevator down and walked a few feet and we were on the beach. The place is very nice and clean, the owner responds very quick to anything you have a question about. You are also very close anything you would need or want.
