The Pilot House B & B "Crow's Nest" in downtown Bayfield is just 1 block up from the Madeline Island Ferry and boat tours, shops & restaurants. Private keypad entry to main entrance door Free WIFI. The beach next to the Madeline Island Ferry is the start of the Point to La Point swim race. The "Crows Nest" Sleeps 2 and has breath taking views of Madeline Island off in the distance and looks over the top of the downtown Bayfield area. Walk to everything within 3 blocks of The Pilot House. Breakfast Blue Berry Muffins, yogurts, orange & grape juice. Coffee maker with coffee and condiments in room along with a Mini Refrigerator. Guests may use our Ice Machine in refrigerator and microwave. Paper plates, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, extra coffee, and condiments on table next to Refrigerator in Dining room.

After making a reservation, we will email you and you must immediately reply to our email (not VRBO messaging) with your full address, names of guests and which are adults and children and their addresses, for Wisconsin Guest Registry Statute.
Please note that VRBO will not allow us to message you with our email address and if we attempt to do so, they will block the email out. This must be done within 1 hour of making the reservation on VRBO. We will attempt to text you as well. After we receive we will then email you from our email the arrival instructions, door codes, and any applicable parking permits to print and bring to your accommodation on date of your arrival.

It would have been nice to know that breakfast was muffins and juice. Typically breakfast means more than that. Washcloths would have been nice to have.

Perfect anniversary getaway

Jack was a responsive and resourceful host. The property was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The Crow’s Nest of course had fantastic views of the lake.

Fell in love with Bayfield. Picture perfect little village on Lake Superior. Pilots House is walking distance to everything. Jack is a helpful, accommodating host. Wonderful trip in every way

Very nice; would definitely recommend.

The room is reasonably priced and very cute and clean, the location is perfect, and I adored waking up to the view of the sun rising over Gitchegumee. The blueberry muffins are really tasty as well. Nothing substantial to complain of, and I'd certainly recommend this spot to anyone.
