Copacabana Condo With Unsurpassed Views!

Our beautiful, completely remodeled and fully air conditioned condo is on the top floor of the Lord Nelson building on the Praca do Lido park with fabulous views that overlook Copacabana Beach as well as the famous statue of Christ, which illuminates the city. You will feel like you are on the beach without ever venturing outside! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. There are 2 modern bathrooms plus a 3rd bathroom in the kitchen. Full size separate American style washer and dryer are unique in Rio. Gas stove top, electric oven, standard size microwave and refrigerator are provided in fully stocked kitchen. Both Brazilian and US electrical outlets have been installed throughout the condo. Flat screen TV, Blu-ray player and wireless internet provided. The building has 24 hour doormen. This is our 2nd home so it has been lovingly maintained!

The apartment presented as per the description, it’s spacious and located on the top floor of a 14 level building.The apartment is accessible via either the main lift or a service lift.It is well equipped with a spectacular view of the beach.24 hr security is also a plus.Note being so close to the beachfront noise could present a problem for some.Thank you for the kind hospitality.

Just a big wow. Right on Copacabana beach and incredible views, including Christ the Redeemer. Close to everything and super comfortable as well. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and this place made it amazing. We will definitely be back to Rio and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. From the moment we arrived, we were attended to and felt comfortable and safe. Everaldo greeted us at our taxi, assisted us with our luggage, and showed us around the features of the condo. There is specific access to the building only for tenants which was nice. The place is well-situated (walking distance) to cafes, restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores. There is a nice park across the street which made for pleasant mornings outside if desired. The interior of the condo is impeccably maintained, and the pillows/linen/beds/towels were clean and comfortable. My friend and I enjoyed our own bedroom/bathroom-- very spacious. Before we got to the condo, Steven provided us with helpful tips and guidance on what to bring, not to bring, and things to see. He was very responsive to any questions we had. We were also able to go through a binder in the condo with helpful tips and recommendations for places to try. If this is your first time or you are returning to Rio, I would definitely recommend this condo. The views are as beautiful as shown!

Steven is a wonderful host and very welcoming. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed having the beach a few hundred feet away from the property. The view from the livingroom and main bedroom is breathtaking.

We enjoyed a 12 day stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was like the photos, clean and modern. The owner left detailed instructions, provided a welcome PDF with tips for Rio and was always responsive on WhatsApp. The views from the windows were amazing. The location was so close to the beach, to the famous wavy sidewalks, to the tour operators across the road and dozens of restaurants.

Amazing condo right on Copacabana beach, close to plenty of restaurants. Condo was great for two couples, very comfortable, full kitchen and laundry. Doormen were very friendly and helpful. Host was really great to communicate with and very helpful.

We had an incredible 14-night stay at Steven and Debra’s condo. The location on Copacabana Beach was absolutely amazing and was close to everything. It was perfect for enjoying the beach, restaurants, the energy of the city and even a Shikara concert. The condo itself was exactly as represented in the photos: clean, modern, comfortable, very well maintained and spectacular views. It truly felt like a home away from home for our family during our stay. Steven was extremely responsive throughout the entire stay and provided a very helpful information package once our reservation was confirmed. We also want to mention how wonderful the building concierge and several of the residents were. Everyone we met was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We relied on Google Translate to communicate, which worked perfectly and added to the fun of the experience. Overall, this was one of our favourite vacations to date, and we would absolutely stay here again! We definitely recommend!

A wonderful place to stay, with an amazing view

This apt has an amazing view of Copacabana beach and some of the nearby mountains. The apt had everything we needed and the location can't be beaten, one block from the beach!

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Copacabana

Absolutely loved our stay! Steven’s apartment was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed, great appliances, cozy bed, and a warm vibe. The view is truly unbeatable, with stunning ocean and cityscapes. Steven was kind and responsive, the building staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location

Steve & Debra’s place is exactly as described. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. A hop across the street to the beach and amazing views. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Plus all the extra help they provide before the stay and recommendations during the stay made it that much better.

Perfect location

The apartment was the perfect location with easy access to the beach, meals and 24 hour view of Christ the Redeemer. It was well suited for our family and Steven was easy to communicate with as he was responsive to all of our questions. We highly recommend this apartment!

Incredible views and responsive hosts

The apartment is lovely, modern and well-equipped. The hosts were immediately responsive to our needs. They left a fabulous tour guide that supported our stay. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Perfect Apartment!

Lovely apartment with wonderful views of the beach and mountains. Great place to have as a home base to come back to every night after exploring Rio and the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the “Recollections of Old Brazil” book, the top picture on page 115 could have been taken from this apartment had it been around then.

Exactly what I expected!

The property was exactly as described, and the pictures are accurate… It was very clean, comfortable and easy to access close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. The property owner was amazing and it did a great job to make sure we had everything we need!

Unforgettable week in Rio!

This penthouse apartment is perfectly situated overlooking Copacabana beach. The views out the window are sensational and but you are sufficiently far from the beach to ensure peace and quiet when you need it. The apartment had everything we needed (2 adults) and Steven was very helpful and communicative at all times. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to this fantastic city.

Our condo on Copacabana is located on the only beachside park (Praca do Lido at Posto 2) and is 2 blocks north of the famous Copacabana Palace Hotel where the elite stay when visiting Rio. In 2 minutes you can go from our living room to the wide white sand beach to enjoy the surf, play beach volleyball, beach futbol, or just enjoy walking, biking or jogging along Avenida Atlantica which is lined with beachside cafes, restaurants and artisans. Many cafes have live music in the evenings. On Thursdays there is a Farmers Market 1 block away; on weekends a craft fair sets up across the street by the park. The vans that take tourists to Tijuca Forest and up to Corcovado (where the Christ overlooks the city) leave from the park. Cardeal Arcoverde Metro stop is less than a 10 minute walk (6 blocks) from the building. Rio Sul Shopping (inside mall) is 2 bus stops away. Ipanema and Leblon beaches and restaurants are easy to get to either by metro, 10 min cab or 6 km walk. The famous Sugarloaf Cable Car (Pao de Acugar) is a 10 minute cab ride north. Evening hotspot Lapa is a 15 min cab ride.

You do not have to leave the condo to enjoy the beach! The windows of this condo offer an uninterrupted view of the entire Copacabana Beach, activity on the Avenida and the Christ in the mountains overlooking the city. Enjoy the best New Years Eve party in the world- watch and hear the live bands and view the fireworks - without leaving the condo!
The condo has been completely remodeled and has a very spacious and open feel! It is wired with both USA and Brazilian outlets and equipped with American style clothes washer and dryer. Air conditioning splits have been installed throughout the condo to create a central air feel, however they can be used selectively for those who prefer to open the windows. The condo is fully stocked for those who prefer to cook at least some meals. An American style coffee pot and hair dryer are provided. A cooler and beach chairs are also provided.
