the residence el houda which is part of our bunbalow has only 6 bungalows all on the ground floor without construction above and a restaurant without alcohol to offer you a sevice at home if you do not want to cook we are opposite the miramar hotel in second position of the most beautiful hammamet beach between hammamet center and hammamet yasmine in the middle of the gulf of hammamet in our street there are also shops and restaurants

Magnifique séjour

Très joli appartement typique tunisien, dans un cadre agréable et un quartier sympathique en plein développement. À deux pas de la mer pour se prélasser, prendre des couleurs, se baigner ou encore faire un jogging. Accueil cordial, il ne manquait rien dans le logement. Même le barbecue était mis à disposition. De nombreux restaurants, bars, discothèques sont à proximité immédiate ou en quelques minutes en bus ou taxi pour des tarifs très avantageux. Le petit snack attenant et sa terrasse ombragée propose également de quoi se restaurer à bon prix. Nous reviendrons en famille pour faire découvrir Hammamet.

Bungalow bien situé à proximité de commerces, bon accueil du propriétaire Monsieur Moncef , femme de ménage (pas de chaîne française).

Brilliant place to stay, friendly and polite. Safe and secure 5 minute walk to the beach 😀

The home was as stated in the advert.. was clean and tidy. Local shops and beach 5 minutes away walking..everyone was polite friendly and prepared to help in any way..fluent in different languages. Walking distance of 1 to 5 minutes for restaurants and bars and a taxi minimal to yasmine hammamet. If you feel the need to hire a car the prices were good and the service was great and this also right on the door step and they also provided room service and have there own restaurant where the food was also great. We will for sure come back here next time 😊😊😊

Inacceptable

This whole property needs renovation and redecoration very badly. The price is low but that is no excuse for the dirt. The bungalow we were given was obviously the worst one: the knob on the waterbox was missing, so that we had to take the lid of to flush the toilet. The washbasins tab was loose. Both was fixed after we'd complained about it. The friendly owner apologised with garden picked flowers. He even gave us two more towels although he provides only two towels for each bungalow, so he said. But he gave us two more, because he was friendly. The microwaves twisting plate didn't work. So the whole gadget was replaced, but that was thickly greased on the inside. We had the maintenance man clean it thoroughly. We even gave him a cloth for the cleaning. The washing machine did only work, when the timer was held by hand in a certain position. The exhaust hood above the gas hob was greasy. We were greeted by long blak hairs on the floors in the bath- and bedrooms. The whole bungalow was not clean, because the cleaning woman was on holoday, so the owner. The small kitchen was old and stained, the dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups limited. The coffee machine worked. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were provided. No matches for the gas hob. Fridge and freezer were ok. All in all we can say if it wasn't for a wedding, we wouldn't have stayed a single day/night in this bungalow. Never again. We do not want to give this property a single star but we have to, obviously. Sorry to the friendly owner,, but with a little bit of money and better maintenance this property could be improved easily.

Bungalow mit orientalischem Flair

Sehr hübsche Bungalows in Strandnähe, ca. 200 m über eine Straße führt der Weg zu einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte mit Blick auf die Medina von Hammamet. Der Bungalow ist im Wohn-Ess- und Schlafbereich orientalisch eingerichtet, Küche mit Ess-, Kochgeschirr, Kaffemaschine, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Im Bad ist je ein Badetuch vorhanden. Eine kleine Terasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen gehört ebenfalls zum Bungalow. Vor der 1. Benutzung habe ich die Kochutensilien und alle Oberflächen in Küche und Bad nochmals gründlich gereinigt (sonst 5 Sterne!) (Mitnahme oder Kauf vor Ort) Wischtücher und Küchentücher erforderlich, Putzzubehör steht im Bungalow zur Verfügung. Vor der Bungalowanlage ist ein kleiner Restaurant- und Gartenbereich bewachsen mit Oleandern, Bougainvilleas und Olivenbaum, in dem kleine Speisen eingenommen werden können, Souvenirgeschäfte und für Alltagsbedarf sind in Fussnähe erreichbar. Der Vermieter Moncef und auch Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Wer einen individuellen Urlaub ohne Hotelatmosphäre verbringen möchte, findet hier eine sehr hübsche Unterkunftsmöglichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Laura u. Jamel

Lovely place. Owner very friendly and helpful

Very impressed as my first time in an apartment. A couple of problems on the first night but was sorted promptly the next morning. Very impressed with the near by bars and beach. Definitely will book again if available...
