Perfect location with outdoor space…. Plenty of room and well equipoed

We had a super short break….. all was great apart from the wi fi!

Nice venue, plenty of space, with plenty to watch on the water.

Nice venue, plenty of space, with plenty to watch on the water. Only, not vital, downsides: the living room floor creaks a lot (but strangely the stairs are silent), no small sharp kithen knives, sofas are uncomfortable, beds are a little short. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

perfect set up for 2 families.

perfect set up for 2 families. Plenty of space and facilities for a very easy staycation. Nice location right in the boatyard so always loads going on. 3 min walk from the town. plenty of hot water etc. Decent range of pans, good sized fridge / freezer and washing machine that were a pleasant bonus as not on photos. would highly recommend. A beautiful house for enjoying a beautiful autumnal weekend in Nov near Norwich.

A beautiful house for enjoying a beautiful autumnal weekend in Nov near Norwich. Waterside was very comfortable, clean and spacious - Perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all meals for the entire weekend. We enjoyed our morning coffees on the wraparound deck and a day out in the houseboat. We would definitely stay here again!

Good value

Handy location for shops and pubs. Busy boatyard sometimes make you feel like you are in the way a bit. Some maintenance need to the property to ensure things like the showers are up to date and working properly. Obviously furnished as a holiday let but comfortable, warm and very relaxing. Real positives is the use of the day boat as part of the deal.

Just returned from a 3 day break- 5 females with our little girls.

Just returned from a 3 day break- 5 females with our little girls. What an amazing house!!! Felt like a real home from home- cosy, clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we could need- the free boat was an added bonus!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

The accommodation was lovely with the bonus of the balconies on both floors.

The accommodation was lovely with the bonus of the balconies on both floors. The kitchen was well equipped. Every bathroom was supplied with a bag of travel toiletries along with towels for each person. We were also supplied with a welcome pack which was much needed after our journey there. Even though we managed to park, it would have been nicer to have been designated specific spaces for each apartment.

Even though house was clean not a great location as in working boat yard.

Even though house was clean not a great location as in working boat yard. Beds far too low and uncomfortable. Floorboards very noisy so not great if you are the first to go to bed as can hear others walking around upstairs. Although enough space for large party, each room has TV which is helpful when others want their own space although too small to actually watch in comfort. Older people of the party found the sofas uncomfortable as very low at the back. Bonus to the property each room has own en suite shower room which were lovely. Free use of day boat. Did enjoy sitting out on the balcony.

Lovely location and very pleasent stay. Dayboat was a brilliant and not to be missed. We went before peak season to celebrate a birthday. Waterside was big enough for 8 of us to stay and have our own space if we needed to.

What a fantastic few days with the family.

What a fantastic few days with the family. The house was lovely (if a little noisy with it being all wooden) but we had a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and a welcome pack to start us off. The location was easy reach of everything and so pretty. But, the best bit was the boat which provided hours of entertainment for all ages. We will be coming back....

Wow! What a fantastic 2 night stay at Waterside Boathouse with 8 friends.

Wow! What a fantastic 2 night stay at Waterside Boathouse with 8 friends. Very clean accommodation, located right at the waters edge and the use of a day boat moored right outside was brilliant. Will definitely be booking again next year!
