Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us! We do want to mention that we have portable AC units available in the unit to help combat the Texas heat and we will make sure the instructions and information on how to use them are made clearer for future guests. Regarding the shower drain, freezer, and kitchen vent rattle we want to assure you that all of those items have since been addressed. As for the waterfall, this is actually the first time we have received this feedback and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We have let the complex know and they have addressed it. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
